17 New solutions Satellite Ephemeris Estimation (SEE) Main Principles SEE is based on a down link difference path measurement between one satellite and three very small earth stations. Satellite After only a few minutes of signal recording, the system is able to provide standard Ephemerides While consolidating measurements over a few hours, the system can render Ephemerides of operator precision.
