2 General Description V7000, sub-ghz RF transceiver, is designed to address the wireless communications needs for ot applications. t features low-currentt consumption, long-range and wireless w link k robustness, being able to reject the nearby interfering RF signals by moree than 50 db. Spread-spectrum of a crystal oscillator. Varieties of the modulation is employed to extend the coverage while relaxing the stability requirement power-saving modes are developedd to reflect characteristics of ot networks and reduce the power consumption at the system level. With thesee features, V7000 is a perfect fit for applications of ot networks, demanding the wide coverage, long battery life, and reliable link quality. V7000 integrates the RF transmit/receive frontend, RF synthesizer, T/R switches, power amplifiers, and high-dynamic range ADCs. n addition, a 32-bit MCU is integrated for thee radio control and simple protocol processing and S is adopted as thee interface to host thee system. The high-level integration enables low-cost and small footprintt solutions for the ever-increasing demandss of ot networks.
