Ths paper proposes a new hybrd control polcy usng Kanban, Base Stock and CONWIP to form the fnal constructon of producton plan, and then the functon of new model s shown by a stage case study wth probablstc parameters. The results obtaned usng smulaton and solvng varous problems ndcate that the nventory level s reduced to an acceptable range. Also, ata Envelopment Analyss (EA) s mplemented for the evaluaton and verfcaton of the proposed polcy wth functonal ndcatves. 202 IUST Publcaton, IJIEPM.
