(2) The administration of the laws mentioned in the first column of the Schedule is transferred to the Authority subject to the amendments (if any) contained in the third column of the Schedule, with effect from a date fixed by the Minister by notice in the Gazette which must not be a date before 1 April 1998 Objectives 3.
