8 Specification of Transformer 制作步骤 :. PIN 5- 悬空,0.5mm 漆包线三股并绕, 共 28 圈, 绕满一层, 不能重叠 ; 再加一层胶布 ; 2. PIN 3-PIN 5,0.32mm 漆包线单股, 共 78 圈, 每层 39Ts, 不能重叠, 再加一层胶布 ; 3. 屏蔽铜箔 3mm 宽, 绕在骨架中心位置, 两端稍微重叠, 但要用胶布隔离, 不能短路, 用 0.5mm 漆包线连到 PIN 5, 再加两层胶布 ; 4. 翻转骨架 ; 5. PIN 8,9-PIN 0,0.4mm 三层绝缘线三股并绕, 共 8 圈, 绕满一层, 加两层胶布 ; 6. PIN -PIN 2,0.5mm 漆包线单股, 共 0 圈, 疏绕, 加三层胶布 ; 7. PIN 3-PIN 5 的电感量控制在.mH ~.3mH; 气隙一定要磨磁芯中柱, 不能垫气隙 ;
