Instll either mehnil thermostti expnsion vlve, or n eletroni expnsion vlve (proportionl or pulse type). When instlling pulse-type eletroni expnsion vlve, mke sure to protet the piping rom pressure wves use y the opening n losing o the vlve. The instlltion o pulse type expnsion vlve is the responsiility o the instller. For more inormtion, see "5.3.7 To selet the expnsion vlve" on pge 13. Solenoi vlve. Instll n R410A solenoi vlve (with n operting ierentil pressure o 3.5 MP [35 r] or more) on the primry sie o the expnsion vlve or eh inoor unit. Filter. Instll ilter on the primry sie o the solenoi vlve or eh inoor unit. Determine the ilter mesh ount se on the size speiie y the solenoi vlve n the expnsion vlve eing use. Rerigernt low. Route the pth to the inoor unit het exhnger so tht the rerigernt low is rom top to ottom. Derosting type. Use either o-yle erosting or eletri heter erosting moels. Do NOT use hot-gs erosting moels.
