NOTE: The lift finger instlltion nd djustment must e performed while the lthes re in the extended (lthed) position. Slide L-shped lift finger thru lok in devie enter se nd then into enter slide Insert djustment srew nd rotte with srewdriver to rise lift finger until it is snug ginst lok ⁷ ₈" 1" 1" ³ ₈" Di. x 1¹ ₄" Deep 2 ples 33 Instll Bottom Strike. Push Side Instll retiner lip ginst lift finger, snpping it into the slot of the djustment srew d Lift finger must insert into enter slide here Seure lift finger nd retiner lip with srew e Cler holes of deris, then drop in nhors (slotted end first) Seure the nhors using hmmer nd punh slot IMPORTANT: Anhors must e elow flush. 35 Adjust Lift Finger. NOTE: Lift finger djustment must e performed while the lthes re in the extended (lthed) position. Loosen retiner lip srew Loosen djustment srew until the lift finger drops nd you feel ontt with the S-Hook Instll strike plte nd seure with 2 srews Tighten retiner lip srew 349 Bottom Strike 11

12 36 Perform Funtionl Test of Door.. Depress pushr. Door should egin to open when pushr is nerly fully depressed. If neessry, refer to Step 35 to redjust lift finger.. With door losed, top lth should e seure. 37 Adjust Top Strike s Neessry, then Instll the Third Strike Srew to Fix the Strike Position. Metl #25 x ¹ ₂" Deep # With door losed, ottom lth should e seure. d. Confirm tht ottom lth does not drg ginst floor when door is opened. If this ours, remove lth djustment pin nd rise lth, then reinsert pin in next noth. OR Wood ¹ ₈" Drill Pilot 1" Deep (metl) (wood) Pin must go thru oth sides of rket 38 Instll Center Cse Cover nd Door Cover Plte.
