The progrmmle solenoi vlve is fully wtertight n will funtion even if instlle permnently uner wter t epth of up to one metre (IP68 ingress protetion). It n e instlle in the open or in vlve ox, positione either horizontlly or vertilly.to ensure the ontrol unit remins wtertight, mke ertin tht it is ligne with n fully inserte in its set, n tht the trnsprent over is seurely srewe on, with the sel properly positione in its groove. To instll the ttery n set the progrmmes, simply lift the li of the vlve ox: the solenoi vlve n e esily hnle insie the ox. OK! mx 1m OK! Unsrew the p of the ttery housing n onnet the ttery, oserving the orret polrity. Fit the ttery insie the housing. Retighten the p, heking tht the sel is positione orretly in its set. Align the ontrol unit with the guie on the sing n fit it k into ple. Retighten the trnsprent over, heking tht the sel is in its set. Importnt: use only 9V lkline tteries. When fitting the ttery, the isply lights up for 2 seons, the solenoi vlve loses, n the timer lok will e set utomtilly to 00:00. 2 Elettr Evolution Pg. 2 SETTING THE CURRENT TIME. Pressing the utton ENTER, the messge OK will pper. Set the urrent time using the FORWARD/BACK key uttons. The timer is progrmme using just 3 uttons, with the i of wie isply.eh pge hs two funtions: view progrm n, pressing ENTER, mke hnge to progrm. Pressing forwr, the isply will show the other progrms of the line. Use the FORWARD n BACK key uttons to set the strt time (open): for exmple, 10:26 hours. Press ENTER to onfirm the setting. Press FORWARD seon time to view the losing time of the vlve, for progrmme 1. 4 Elettr Evolution User mnul Pg. 4 WEEKLY PROGRAMMING. Press the FORWARD key utton repetely until the weekly progrmming pge is isplye. Press ENTER to mke hnges to the weekly progrmming sheule. Numer 1 is ssoite with the urrent y of the week on whih the first wtering progrmme is to e set: if the urrent y is Thursy, for exmple, then 1=Thursy, 2=Friy, et. Use the FORWARD n BACK key uttons to position the ursor on the y of the week you wish to selet. Press ENTER to etivte or retivte wtering for the selete y (the reltive numer isppers from the isply). For exmple: 2 (Friy) n 5 (Mony) To quit weekly progrmming, position the ursor uner EXIT n press ENTER. x 3 x 3 TIME TIME TIME For Elettr Evolution 1 F (o.): For Elettr Evolution 1 M (o.): MANUAL FUNCTION. Press the FORWARD key utton to isply the mnul wtering funtion. Press ENTER to tivte it. Pressing BACK, the timer vlve opens, whilst pressing FORWARD the vlve will lose. This funtion is useful for wtering plnts when require, without eleting the progrmmes lrey store. In ny se, the vlve will lose utomtilly fter 5 minutes.
