1 MhzWireless Barcode Scanner With Cradle Ⅰ. Packing List Barcode scanner Cradle (As charging base and barcode receiver) USB cable User manual User Manual Ⅲ. Quick guide : Step 1: Plug one end of the cable into the computer usb port,plug another end into the receiver. The blue indicator light on the receiver will turn on, after 5 second it will start flashing.lift up the antenna. Step 2: Start the scanner by press the key (The blue LED indicator on scanner will flash and the buzzer will let out sounds. If the scanner has no response,please put the scanner to cradle to charge at least for 30 mins,the red LED indicator will turn on when charging) Step 3: Run a text,excel or word on your PC,put the cursor in the field,scan any barcode to see if the barcode is enter into the place where the cursor is in. Frequently asked questions: The barcode does not appear in the location of cursor. Ⅱ. The receiver has not plugged into the computer USB port,please make sure that the receiver has been fully plugged into the USB port 2. The USB port of the computer is out of condition,please plug the USB receiver into the usb port of another computer to test it again. 3.The receiver is not paired with scanner yet, or the scanner is set to "check mode". Please do the following steps to reset the scanner: (1).Scan the code "enter into settings" "restore factory setting" "exit setting" orderly to restore the scanner (on manual page 12) (2).unplug the receiver,scan code "one to one" (on manual page 3),the scanner will go to pairing mode and have three "beep" sounds,then plug the receiver to USB port, if the scanner has one "beep"sound in 3s that means the pairing is succeed (3).And scan code "normal mode" to set it to instantly upload barcode (on manual page 4) 4.The cursor is not in the input text box,please make sure the cursor is in the input box where you want to upload the barcode Ⅳ. How to use 1.Charging Please ensure that the scanner has enough power before start using it. When the laser is only a dot or or it has no laser,please put the scanner to cradle to charge. Please use our equipped charging cable to charge the scanner. When the indicator light is red, it indicates that the battery is being charged.when the red light turn to blue,it indicates the battery is fully charged.
2 3 4 2.Power on Press the button,the scanner will rang a long beep and the blue indicator will flash. Power is on successfully. 3.Pair operation The scanner has three Paring Mode: Pairing operation: Scan the "More to One" barcode,the scanner will go into pairing mode and beeps continuously, then insert the receiver to USB port, if the scanner has one "beep" in 3s that means the pairing is succeed,meanwhile the light of receiver will flicker. The other scanner can connect to the receiver in the same way. Note:The more scanner you add, the longer it takes to wait for the bar code to be uploaded. 1).One scanner receiver) to one recevier. (One barode scanner send barcode to one 4.Upload mode setting 1).Normal mode: Scanning barcode and real-time upload the barcode.if the barcode is upload successfully, the blue LED light will flicker once, at the same time buzzer will rang "beep" Scan the code "Normal Mode" to set the scanner to normal mode Pairing operation: Scan the "One to One" barcode,the scanner will go into pairing mode and beeps continuously, then insert the receiver to USB port, if the scanner has one "beep"in 3s that means the pairing is succeed. If the pairing fails, you need to pull off the usb receiver and re-set as the previous steps. (After the blue indicator of the receiver is flicking,the receiver can not pair with the scanner) 2).One scanner to more receiver (One barcode scanner send barcode to a number of receiver) Pairing operation: Scan the "One to More" barcode,the scanner will go into pairing mode and beeps continuously, then insert the receiver into USB port, if the scanner has one "beep"in 3s that means the pairing is succeed,meanwhile the light of receiver will flicker. Then plug the second receiver into USB port to connect it to the scanner.... One scanner can be connected to maximum 8 rereiver. if you have added to the required number of receiver,press the trigger to end of adding. Note:The more receiver you add, the longer it takes to wait for the bar code to be uploaded. Under the normal mode,the transmission distance is over 400m where there are no obstacles. If it exceeds the transmission distance or the data upload failed,3 short prompt sound will be sent out. 2).Non-losing Mode: The barcode will be uploaded to the receiver in real-time when the scanner is in wireless tranmission range. The data will be stored in scanner s own memory when the scanner is out of the wireless tranmission range. After scanner is reaching the wireless transmission range,the lost data which are stored will be uploaded to the computer automatically. Scan the code " Non-losing Mode" to set the scanner to Non-losing Mode Scan the code "Clear Non-losing Mode Stored Data" to clear all the Non-losing Mode stored data Note: "Non-losing mode" is not suitable for using in the the "Fliker Scanning mode" and " Continuous mode" 3).Check mode The data will be stored in scanner s own memory.and then you could upload the data to your conputer when you need them. Scan the code " Check mode" to set the scanner to check mode, Scan the code " Total checking number " to show the quantity of stored barcode Scan the code " Upload checking data" to upload all the stored data Scan the code "Clear checking data" to clear all the checking mode stored data 3).More scanner to one receiver (A number of barcode to one receiver) barcode scanner send
3 5 6 5.Scanning mode setting 1).Manual Trigger mode(default): Press the trigger to read the bar code, please read the following codes orderly to set the scanner to Manual trigger mode "enter into setting">"manual trigger "> "exit settings" 2).Flicker scanning mode:laser flickers to read the bar code please read the following codes orderly to set the scanner to Flicker scanning mode "enter into setting">"flicker scanning"> "exit settings" Attention: The flicker scanning time interval can be set through reading the "Parameter barcode" in 0-9(on page 6) Flicker time unit is 500ms and can set to 01-15grade, For example,if you want to set the flicker time interval out to be 1000ms, please read the following codes orderly : "enter into setting">"flicker Scanning Time"> Paremeter code "0""2">"exit settings" Parameter code: 3).Continuous scanning mode:the laser is always on, the scanner read code without pressing the trigger. please read the following codes orderly to set the scanner to continuous scanning mode: "enter into setting">"continuous scanning"> "exit settings" Attention 1: The continuous scanning time interval can be set through reading the Parameter barcode in 0-9. Reading interval time unit is 500ms,and can set to 01-15grade. For example,if you want to set the reading time interval out to be 1000ms,please read the following codes orderly: "Enter into setting">"scanning interval Time"> Paremeter code "0""2">"exit settings" Attention 2: In continuous scanning mode, it is allow to continuously read the same barcode via setting the time interval of reading same barcode. The time interval unit of reading same barcode is 0.1s,the time interval can be set between 0-12 second. If the time interval is set to 12.7second,it means that it is not allow to read the same barcode. The numberical must have three numbers, if it has less three numbers please fill "0" in first digit. For example, if you want to set the the time interval of reading same barcode out be 2s,please scan the following code orderly: "Enter into setting">"scanning the same barcode interval Time"> Paremeter code "0""2" "0">"exit settings" 6.Prefix and suffix setting To add prefix For example: Add prefix XY Please scan the following code orderly: "enter into settings">"add prefix">parameter code"5""8""5""9">"save">"exit settings" >"enter into settings">"reveal prefix">"exit settings" To hide prefix Scan the following code orderly: "enter into settings">"not Reveal prefix">"exit settings" To add suffix For example: Add suffix XY Please scan the following code orderly: "enter into settings">"add suffix">parameter code"5""8""5""9">"save">"exit settings" >"enter into settings">"reveal suffix">"exit settings" To hide suffix Scan the following code orderly: "enter into settings">"not Reveal suffix">"exit settings"

5 Barcode enable setting If some barcode can not be read,please scan these following codes orderly to set the scanner to read all type of barcode. 12.ID setting (01-99) For exanple: if you want to add "01" as ID,please scan these following code orderly: "Openning ID setting">"0","1">"id Display" To hide the ID, please scan the code "ID Hiding" Note:this setting may affect the scanning speed. affecting the scanning speed. Please restore the factory default in case 10.Code 39 start character and stop character setting If you want to pragram the scanner to transmit the start character and stop character "*"of Code39, please scan these following codes orderly. If you do not transmit the character "*", please scan these following codes orderly. 13.Barcode type ID setting To show the barcode type ID,please scan these codes orderly "Enter into setting">"open the code ID before Barcode">"Exit settings" To close the barcode type ID,please scan these codes orderly "Enter into setting">"close the code ID before Barcode">"Exit settings" 11.Code 39 Full ASCii setting To program the scanner to read Code39 full ASCii,scan codes below orderly The code ID before the barcode means the corresponding barcode type,please check the sheet below: To turn off this setting, scan Codes below orderly
6 Check digit setting For example, if you want to program the scanner to not read the check digit of EAN8,please scan the codes orderly: "enter into settings">"do not transmit EAN-8 check code">"exit settings" 17.Restore factory setting If you do not need the previously configured functions,scan these codes in order to restore the scanner "enter into settings">"restore factory settings">"exit settings" Do not transmit EAN-8 check code Do not transmit UPCA check code Do not transmit EAN-13 check code Do not transmit UPCE check code 18.Auto power off For example,if you want to set the sleep time out to be 20min,please scan the code "Openning Tine Setting",and then scan the code"20min". When it's idle time exceeds the time you set,the scanner will shut down automatically. The system default shut down time is 20s. If the scanner has non operation in 20s, the scanner will shut down automatically. Long press the trigger for 12 second,till the scanner rang a long beep,the scanner is powered off. 15 UPCE Leading digit setting The scanner do not read the leading digit of UPCE barcode in default, if you want to set the scanner to read the leading digit of UPCE barcode,please scan the code below: Transmit UPCE leading digit 16 UPCE to UPCA setting If you want convert UPCE barcode to UPCA barcode,please scan the codes below orderly 19.Language setting For example,if you want to program the languange to Italian,please scan the codes orderly "enter into settings">"italian">"exit settings" UPCE to UPCA
