1 18 th INTERNATIONAL WRESTLING TOURNAMENT R E G U L A T I O N S The Bulgarian Wrestling Federation has the pleasure to invite you to take part in the International wrestling tournament Petko Sirakov Ivan Iliev. I. ORGANIZATION, DATES AND VENUE OF THE COMPETITION The International Tournament in GR, FS and FW Wrestling Junior in the memory of Petko Sirakov and Ivan Iliev is organized by the Bulgarian Wrestling Federation. The Tournament will take place on in Sofia on 3 mats. In the competition are allowed to participate wrestlers born Weight-categories: U23 FS 50, 57, 61, 65, 70, 74, 86, 97, 125 kg U23 GR 50, 59, 66, 71, 75, 80, 85, 98, 130 kg U23 FW 44, 48, 53, 55, 58, 60, 63, 69, 75 kg Allowance 2 kg. The changes in usual age groups and categories of the tournament, "Petko Sirakov - Ivan Iliev" is in the spirit of the introduction of the new age group Juniors under 23. In this event additionally may participate wrestlers born in 1997 including the categories 50 kg and 44 kg. II. TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL CONDITIONS The tournament will be conducted under FILA Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling Rules with modifications double elimination line-bracketing. This means that all those who lose one (1) match in the championship bracket will be sent into the repechage bracket for a chance to compete for the bronze medal. Those who lose two (2) matches are eliminated from competition. The participant delegations have to pay 50 EUR per person per day. The entries for participation should be sent to the Bulgarian Wrestling Federation before 05 of February III. CLASSIFICATION The classification will be individual.
