The beauty of our toolmaking On the five-axis milling machine, difficult free-form surfaces were processed in a single setting. Fifty tools can be automatically changed at the same time. Records from the programming station access the machine directly and control the milling process. Forming tools, clamping and centring devices, trimming tools and devices for welded assemblies originate here also made of hardened tool steel. Once learned, never forgotten: robots can carry out deep drawing, too. BLANCO Professional is internationally renowned for its fully automated deep drawing line. After the stainless steel boards are deep drawn, the parts are deburred. This is followed by the production stage that receives a particular recognition: the processing into assemblies. In order to achieve a particularly high degree of forming, the original crystal structure of the material is restored in the inhouse conveyor annealing furnace at temperatures of 1024 C. Through continuous monitoring of the process parameters, we reach optimal annealing results.
