4 Casting machines description (Ingots, half spheres, pyramids) The casting machines that we propose are specially designed to produce aluminium ingots/half balls/pyramids of desired weight in a rational and continuous way. The machine is made up by a carpentry frame with cogged pinions and bearings with supports for the transmission of movement to the chain and to the cast iron moulds. The chain has rollers and connections on which the moulds are riveted, in order to simplify the replacement of the chain. The best tension of the chains is easily obtained through the use of helical compression springs connected between the shaft and idler wheels.

5 The movement is obtained by motorization consisting electric motorreducer transmission variable speed by inverter. The machine has a special collection pot or star with spouts through whichthemoltenmetalcomingfromthemeltingfurnace,ispoured into the moulds of the machine. To ensure solidification of metal and to make sure that it will detach from the moulds at the unloading area of the machine, there is a cooling plant of water constituting tubes and nebulising nozzles (in alternative we can give a wind tunnel). A striking hammer is used to remove the solidified metal at the unloading point and a pilot burner is used to preheat the moulds during the return phase.

9 Electrical Panel: Electrical panel controls the casting machine and the production rate. Manual books and layouts: Manual books and layouts (written in English) are supplied with the casting machine and the catalogues of all the equipments such as hydraulic, gas and electrical diagrams. A complete list of the spare parts is supplied for the best operation of the plant. CE certification is included. Finally the machines are constructed with our huge previous experience with respect to the customer requirements, if any.
