1 LUIS FILIPE MARQUES CAPTAIN Captain Luis is from Lisbon Portugal and started his career in 1974 as a Navy Officer. Since then he has gained valuable experience from working on passenger ships, merchant vessels, and mega yachts. Furthering Captain Luis marine career he has also been involved ashore in the development of mega yacht marinas. With more than 40 years at sea, Captain Luis became a Master Mariner and has sailed several times across the seven seas. He has a generous amount of knowledge to make your experience onboard M/Y Sarah a very pleasant one. Captain Luis is a courteous and clear communicator, while being fluent in English, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. Captain Luis has an extreme passion for everything concerning the sea, marine and yachts. When not onboard M/Y Sarah, he enjoys being a family man at his home in Valencia with his wife and daughters. SEBASTIAN GENNIES CHIEF OFFICER Being born in Bavaria, Germany, Sebastian has been connected to all kinds of boating, sailing and various water sports from young age onwards. Yachting became a passion while sailing around the Med and Baltic Sea on his father s sailboats. After finishing a business degree in Finance and Tourism in Austria, he decided to start a merchant maritime career. Serving on merchant ships first, Sebastian moved on to small explorer cruise ships, sailing in remotest areas of the world, mainly around the Artic and Antarctic waters. Sebastian s experience includes the historical routes of the North-West and North-East-Passages, the South Pacific, the Amazon River and many more. Yachting became a different challenge after exploring the world and a final home for Sebastian.

VIACHESLAV OKOLOKULAK (SLAVA) CHIEF ENGINEER Slava was born very far from sea, in Belarus, but he became a cadet of Riga Marine College at the age of just fifteen.

The first real sea voyage he made was on board a tanker in Later on Slava joined the Marine Academy in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg) where he started his long sea going career as an engineer on board different types of merchant ships - general cargo, bulk carriers and containers. During this time he saw the polar bears in the Arctic, the gigantic statue of Jesus Christ in Rio de Janeiro, Docks of Calcutta and fjords of Norway. Now he lives in Klaipeda, near the Baltic Sea. He speaks Russian, Belarus and English. He likes dogs, good books and his garden. MIKE STOREY CHIEF ENGINEER Mike joined the British Merchant Navy as an engineer cadet in After progressive study andsea-time he climbed the ranks to Chief Engineer. Hehas sailed on a vast array of commercial vessels,from oil tankers, gas carriers, general cargo to container ships. His service has taken him over allthe major trading routes, allowing an extensive experience of different countries and cultures. Around 15 years ago he changed track and joined the super-yachting industry. Originally from the Yorkshire Dales, he now lives with his wife, daughter and Border Collie, Barney, near the market town of Salisbury. His interests are varied, but include most ball sports, keeping fit, hill walking, good food, character pubs, live music and reading. Events of note are his trip to Nepal, where he and a friend climbed a peak of 6,500 meters, and obtaining his private pilot licence in New Zealand. He has a particular liking for mathematics and political discussions.

SERGEY KOZLINSKY 2ND ENGINEER Sergey was born in Klaipeda, Lithuania, a small Middle European state at the shore of the Baltic Sea. From childhood Sergey wanted to become an engineer, like his father.

After high school Sergey was a student at the Lithuanian Maritime Academy where he later graduated. Sergey then gained varied experience on bulk cargo and later ferry and RoRo ships.

3 SERGEY KOZLINSKY 2ND ENGINEER Sergey was born in Klaipeda, Lithuania, a small Middle European state at the shore of the Baltic Sea. From childhood Sergey wanted to become an engineer, like his father. He thought that since science and technology are constantly advancing, there would always be new problems to solve and therefore he could make a career as an engineer. After high school Sergey was a student at the Lithuanian Maritime Academy where he later graduated. Sergey then gained varied experience on bulk cargo and later ferry and RoRo ships. Sergey always enjoys taking things apart and trying to see if he can put them back together. He speaks Russian, Lithuanian and English. Sergey enjoys spending his time with family and friends, likes travelling, playing video games, and has a dream to learn how to play the guitar. NARCISO JOSE DIAS ETO Narciso was born in the north of Portugal. He speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English. He completed his studies to become an electrical Engineer by vocation and has always been fascinated with science in all forms and shapes. He has 10 years of experience as an electrical engineer. Narciso has been in the industry for a few years and will gladly help you with any technical problems that you may have. In his free time he loves watching football and spending time with his wife and two daughters back in a small village on the coast of Portugal called Tocha.

Antonello studied for 5 years to obtain the highest chef s qualifications and an additional 2 years in Food and Beverage Management.

4 ANTONELLO FANTI HEAD CHEF Antonello is from Sardinia, Italy and is a talented and respected Chef who has wor ked all over the world. He specializes in Mediterranean cuisine but he is just as comfortable preparing delicious dishes from anywhere in the world. Antonello studied for 5 years to obtain the highest chef s qualifications and an additional 2 years in Food and Beverage Management. Antonello has been onboard M/Y Sarah for more than 10 years and will happily prepare sumptuous cuisine to please any palate or dietary needs. His fruit sculptures will amaze you!! Antonello lives in Barcelona with his wife and 2 children. He brings amusement to the table with his creative stories. MAURILIO BACCHELLO HEAD CHEF Maurilio was born in Torino, Italy and have lived there for nearly 27 years. He discovered a love for food at an early stage. He studied for 5 years and is an expert on Mediterranean food and has a passion when it comes to preparing seafood dishes. Maurilio is a well-known chef in his region and has more than 30 years experience in the culinary world. Maurilio is always reading up on new recipes and makes an effort to practice his talent. Maurilio now lives in Sardinia and is happily married with two teenage boys. In his off time he enjoys spending time with his loved ones, reading, go to the gym and ride on his motorcycle. Be warned: Maurilio s pastries and desserts are amazing!

EMILIO MALTESU SOUS CHEF Emilio is from Cagliari, Sardinia. He is naturally a big Fan of Italian Cuisine and became en Expert on international Dishes as well.

He started his career as a chef on Super yachts last year on MY SARAH and became a valuable asset to our Shipboard Cuisine.

In 2002 his gained his first Chef Experiences in a Hotel in Sardinia and moved to Madrid afterwards where he was cooking in an famous Italian Restaurant. He started his career as a chef on Super yachts last year on MY SARAH and became a valuable asset to our Shipboard Cuisine. Together with the Head Chef they form a well working team that will satisfy all guests request to the highest level possible. Apart from cooking he is interested in football, the Italian national sport, Motorbikes and swimming. OLIVIA CROCE CHIEF STEWARDESS Olivia grew up in Devon, UK amongst the luscious rolling hills. Drawn to the service industry and excelling in generosity, she has become a leading Chief Stewardess in the yachting Industry. Her ambition is to provide all guests with a unique and memorable time onboard M/Y Sarah. Starting her career as a Life Style PA to elite clients in London, providing them with a bespoke service to cater every need and requirement for their lives, her merge onto yachts remains professional and fluid. Managing the interior team and ensuring that they meet the desires of the guests, enables M/Y Sarah to provide an all round excellence. Olivia has a passion for the arts and all things stunning and elegant, this visual and creative drive shines in her personality, thus inviting the guests to feel relaxed and well catered for at all times.

Now aged 22, she is enjoying her first season on board M/Y Sarah as 2nd Stewardess.

6 AMBER GAVAGHAN 2ND STEWARDESS Amber grew up at the coast in Kenya with a hotelier father, teaching her the ropes of hospitality from an early age. Her love of the ocean inspired her to pursue a career in yachting, and she joined the industry at the age of 18, progressing through the ranks with ambition and determination. Now aged 22, she is enjoying her first season on board M/Y Sarah as 2nd Stewardess. A lover of nature and sunshine, when not on duty Amber spends her time outdoors, and travels solo extensively during her leave. She is an avid yogi, adventurer and aspiring writer. J odi JODI BOUWER STEWARDESS is from a tiny costal town in South Africa. Growing up on the coast she has been fond of the ocean since a young age, always immersed in water sports and outdoor activities. Jodi completed a Bachelor s of Commerce degree in Management Sciences, after which she joined the yachting industry in March Passionate about her career and striving to always give the highest level of service, she will now be spending her fist season on board M/Y Sarah as head of housekeeping. With a willing and vibrant demeanor Jodi will be happy to assist you should you have any questions or concerns.

CHLOE PETERS STEWARDESS Chloe is from the very heart of The Cotswolds, England, where she grew up in a small town with her parents, brother and sister.

Chloe has a genuine love of life, adventure, travel and people. In her free time you ll find her in the water, surfing, on her paddleboard, hiking a mountain or out exploring the local cultures.

7 CHLOE PETERS STEWARDESS Chloe is from the very heart of The Cotswolds, England, where she grew up in a small town with her parents, brother and sister. Growing up she spent the winters skiing in the French mountains and the summers working in bars, restaurants and café s, experiencing different lifestyles and delicacies. Chloe has a genuine love of life, adventure, travel and people. In her free time you ll find her in the water, surfing, on her paddleboard, hiking a mountain or out exploring the local cultures. After she finished her studies she went straight into the Wealth Management sector and studied accountancy. But after 5 years behind the desk, she discovered her true passion for the water and hospitality combined which then unraveled the prestigious yachting industry. She got her first job as a stewardess on a yacht in early 2016 and has since sailed all over the globe from such places as Panama to Amsterdam. P aige PAIGE DOUGHTY STEWARDESS grew up on the eastern beaches of Sydney, Australia where she has always been involved in her local Surf Life Saving Club. When she finished school she completed a Bachelor of Political, Economic and Social Sciences at the University of Sydney and hopes to eventually pursue a career in womens health. For the past three years she has lived in Whistler, Canada working in the hotel industry and as a ski instructor whilst continuing to travel through North America, Cuba and India. Not quite ready to return to the laid back beach lifestyle she has always known, Paige has chosen to combine her sense of adventure and passion for customer service on M/Y Sarah as a junior stewardess.

NINA PRESSLEY STEWARDESS Nina grew up in a small town in Queensland, Australia. Always very passionate about travelling, she entered the industry aged 18, straight out of school.

Nina enjoys beach days, and exploring all of the new places that a career at sea offers her.

8 NINA PRESSLEY STEWARDESS Nina grew up in a small town in Queensland, Australia. Always very passionate about travelling, she entered the industry aged 18, straight out of school. Before she joined M/Y SARAH, she worked on a vessel in Australia for 10 months, gaining experience as a Stewardess. Nina enjoys beach days, and exploring all of the new places that a career at sea offers her. She is very happy to be a part of the team and is very excited about her new position as Junior Service Stewardess, looking forward to the journey ahead. NOEMI LOPEZ STEWARDESS Noemí was born in Barcelona, Spain; she is a native Spanish speaker who is also fluent in English and Italian. She graduated from the University of Barcelona with a degree in Business, after which she entered the Yachting Industry in She is passionate about travelling and exploring new cultures, and spends her free time continuing her Business Studies, cooking, reading and practicing water sports. She pays a great attention to detail and loves when things are well organized. Noemi is a very friendly and sociable girl and she is excited for her first season on board M/Y Sarah as your Laundry Stewardess.

In 2012 Natasha made the decision to pursue a career at sea starting out on Sarah as a deckhand.

9 NATASHA AMBROSE OOW Natasha grew up in a small village on the south coast of England. Her affinity for the sea began with dinghy sailing aged 3, but her passion was only nurtured when she obtained her Padi Dive master. In 2012 Natasha made the decision to pursue a career at sea starting out on Sarah as a deckhand. Fuelled with determination to succeed, she continued to progress working on a variety of vessels gaining a wealth of experience and has now returned onboard with her Officer Of the Watch and wishes to continue her path to one day become a Captain. In her spare time Natasha actively seeks out new challenges on and off the water; she has an appetite for travel, water sports, snowboarding and visiting Michelin star restaurants when ever the opportunity arises. ALEKSANDAR JOKSOVIC OOW / BOSUN Aleksandar grew up in a small town in Montenegro, This is his 2nd year in the yachting industry and he really enjoys this job of excitement. He has always dreamed of working at sea and that dream pushed him to study Navigation in Maritime University in Montenegro. Aleksandar started his career as a deck cadet on large container vessels - his first steps in the maritime industry. After finishing the cadetship and passing the exams for officer, he worked as an Officer on passenger vessels where he gained first experience in working with guests. Next step in his career was a large charter yacht up to 40 guest. Now he is a part of our small family and we are proud to have him here with us. His hobbies are painting, various watersports, snorkeling and hiking.

PIOTR SIKORSKI DECKHAND Piotr is 24 years old and lives in Gdynia, a seaside city of Poland. He graduated from Gdynia Maritime University, faculty Navigation.

He has started his yachting career on sailing catamaran and recently switched to motor yachts with aim to progress his way up through the ranks.

After his apprenticeship on various commercial vessels, he obtained a license of OOW unlimited. He has started his yachting career on sailing catamaran and recently switched to motor yachts with aim to progress his way up through the ranks. Having grown up in the seaside he has always been close to water activities. Piotr has a keen interest in sailing, basketball and squash. RAFAL SZTECKLER DECKHAND Rafal is 31, from the South of Poland. He graduated from the University in Poznan with a Master s in Geography. He has always had a lively interest in exploring new lands. Since he was a kid he wanted to study rocks and oceans. Many years of his life he spent living outside his country in the UK, Germany, and recently in the USA. His various travels and adventures took him to a new career path to work at sea. He decided to study Navigation, and his goal is to obtain the Officer of the Watch unlimited certification. In the previous years he worked on commercial passenger ships. As a next step, he decided to move his career path to the yachting industry. Rafal is an outdoorsy person and loves staying on the move. Whenever he has some spare time, you could see him cycling, hiking, mountain climbing, enjoying sunshine on a beach and taking pictures of his journeys. He has cycled across 7 countries and hiked in more than 60 countries. He enjoys cooking and good food.

He lives by the seaside and has a passion for the sea and the open waters that put him in his element. Being a husband and father, he cherishes time spent at home with his family.

11 IVAN MARNIKA DECKHAND Ivan comes from Zadar, Croatia. He has been in yachting for the past five years. Ivan really enjoys yachting industry because of the excitement that comes from each new adventure. He lives by the seaside and has a passion for the sea and the open waters that put him in his element. Being a husband and father, he cherishes time spent at home with his family. He is compassionate, kind, and genuinely cares for others. He hopes to grow as a professional Yachtsman and progress his way up through the ranks in the yachting industry. His hobbies are tennis, basketball and all kind of sports also is very keen in the night sky and stars. VUK LIPOVAC DECKHAND Vuk comes from Belgrade, the capital city of Serbia. He is person with an energetic and always positive attitude. After finishing the marine high school it was only a question of time until starting his career and life at sea. Started on small sailing he made his way up to his yacht master 200 GT, which moved him onto motor yachts where. Being a very sporty person Vuk was a professional boxer and a trainer for 4 years in various aspects of training. It is his first season on MY SARAH and he is looking for many more to come.
