3 INTRODUCTION FOUNDATION Lee & Associates was founded by Bill Lee in 1979 with the concept that your clients interests can be best met through a united team effort cultivated by a broker-owned company. Lee & Associates has emerged as the largest broker-owned commercial brokerage firm in the United States.
