1 Focusing on New Economy Development Tendency, Probing into Cooperation and Mutual Benefits for all Enterprises all over the World Global New Economy Summit took place successfully in the headquarters of the United Nations. On May 23 rd and 24 th eastern Time U.S.A, Global new economy summit took place successfully in the conference hall 4 and Building 1 in the headquarters of the united Nations. The theme is Public-Private Partnerships: Member State Initiatives to Ensure the Success of the SDGs-New Economy Forum by the Globalization Dialogues. It includes a series of seminars which focus on the topic of communication about Public-Private

2 Partnerships and a series of summit and global new economy summit forum. The aim is to build cooperative partnership between the governments and the enterprises and promote united nation s Sustainable development goals by member states. This summit was sponsored by Suriname's permanent delegation to the United Nations. It was hosted by the world development fund and undertaken and schemed by Porter Group Limited. The title sponsorship of the summit is made by Shenzhen Qianhai Yunjipin Ecommerce Co. Ltd.. Joint support was also provided by the official and private organizations like the office of the representative of the Secretary-General of united nations, the Economy and Social

3 Affairs of the United Nations, United Nations Development Program, Trade and development Conference of the United Nations, public information department of the United Nations, NGO executive committee of The United Nations, world tourism organization of the United Nations, Guyana's permanent delegation to the United Nations,Sierra Leone's permanent delegation to the United Nations,The republic of Haiti,IBM, MasterCard, ABInBev, Stanford University and Fordham University. There are nearly seven hundred delegators who are Enterprises in Top 500 global companies, delegations of social organizations and government delegations from more than sixty countries attended the summit. As the sponsor and Chairman for this summit, Mr. Henry MacDonald, who is the ambassador of Suriname's permanent delegation to the United Nations, hosted the summit on the morning of May 25 th. Mr Bruce Knotts, who is the chairman of NGO executive committee of The United Nations and the joint chairman for the summit hosted the summit in the afternoon of May 23th and the summit on the morning of May 24 th. Mr. Peter Thomson, who is the current 71 st chairman of the

4 General assembly, presented at the summit and delivered his speech. Ambassadors of many countries permanent delegation to the United Nations also presented at the summit like Guyana, Paraguay, France, Sierra Leone, Korea and so on.

They are Mr. Jessica Faieta, who is deputy secretary-general of the united nations and director of The United Nations development program in Latin America and the Caribbean; Mr. Michel Martelly, who is the 38 th president of The republic of Haiti; Mr. Wilson Laleau, who is Cabinet minister of The republic of Haiti; Mr. Antonio Rodrigue, who is minister of Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Officials of Economy and social affairs department of united nations; Officials of United Nations Development Program; Officials of The United Nations global compact organization; Officials of Trade and Development Conference of United Nations and officials of World Tourism Organizations of

Among them are also delegators from famous enterprises like NASDAQ,IBM, MasterCard and InBev. Many enterprisers from China attended related seminars for the summit and delivered speech. On behalf of the Organizing Committee, Mr. Henry MacDonald and Mr. Bruce Knotts who are the joint chairman for the summit expressed appreciation to the World Development Foundation and Mr. Guo Xiangang, who is the chief organizer and advocator of the summit and chairman of World Development Foundation. They expressed appreciation to Mr. Chen Zongjian, who is chief architecture for the summit and chief architecture of the Porter Group Limited and Mr. Pan Yuejian, who is the president of Shenzhen Qianhai Yunjipin Ecommerce Co. Ltd.. He also

9 expressed sincere appreciation to the United Nations agencies lie the office of the representative of the Secretary-General of united nations; the United Nations Economic and Social Council; the Department of economic and social affairs of the United Nations; the United Nations Development Program and the United Nations World Tourism Organization. Sincere appreciation was also expressed to permanent mission of the United Nations, governments, enterprises and non-governmental organizations. The committee also awarded prizes to organizations and individuals contributing to the achievement of UN SDGs. Mr. Guo Xiangang, who is the Chairman of the meeting, encouraged all the participants that, although human is facing various of difficulties and misfortune in the process of world development, fortunately we have many active organizations and persons actively contributing themselves to achieve the UN sustainable development goals regardless of nationality, color, industry and the class. We firmly believe that the mankind will certainly achieve a better future in our effort and struggle.

10 Mr Chen ZongJian, who is co-chairman of the summit, president of the Porter Group Limited and the New Economy expert, stressed in his speech that the new economy has become a new engine for economic development and is powerfully promoting the global economic recovery and leading globalization development. The new economy has been expanding new space for global cooperation and providing new understanding to globalization. New economy represents the arriving of a real new economic cycle and the world faces the best period in new economic development. He said that with the extension of the Belt and Road which means the development of global cooperation strategy and the extension of the new economy development trend, the problem of

11 the gap between the rich and poor all over the world, uneven resource distribution and global trade barriers will all gradually be solved. Developing countries are expected to realize the goal of getting out of the poverty and becoming healthy and rich. "The development of The Belt and Road " is a perfect result of new economy s promoting global Win-Win Cooperation. At the meeting Chen Zongjian suggested that we should regard the New Global Economy Summit Forum as a regular meeting, making it become a communicative and brainstorming platform. He also suggested that relevant organizations can jointly set up a new world economic organization and new global economic

12 institutions and the New Economy MBA center. He proposed promoting to establish the new economic joint stock exchange all over the world. And Chen Zongjian's proposals were unanimously acknowledged by the delegates. After two days of closed-door meeting, multiple consensuses have been reached through the voice and discussion of the representatives of the relevant national conferences. --In the future global economic development, the global government agencies, business associations, institutions and entrepreneurs, will propagate the concept of new economic development in an organized and planned way. - to reach the establishment of the new global economic research institutions jointly; to provide decision and data for the development trend and direction of the new global economy; - to achieve the joint efforts of relevant institutions and think-tank to set up "new economy MBA Center" to train talents for the development of a new global economy; -- to strive to promote the establishment of new economic joint stock exchange in the countries concerned, aiming to open new channels for the rapid growth of new global economic

A new global economic declaration was released in the summit and a plan for holding a series of summits was put forward for the World Development Summit Forum in September 2017, 2017 multinational economic cooperation zone forum, Implementation plan for World financial free trade zone and so on.
