CHRIS MARCHILDON Senior Associate REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE: 9 years Chris tracks daily the investment sales market and provides customized research reports for owners, investors and the team. His information is vital to understanding market trends, forecasts and how the market will affect property values. Chris also assists in the marketing preparation, sales process and due diligence of each listing. Chris has been involved in 130 transactions totaling more than 14.1 million square feet and over $2.2 billion in value. JAMIE ALTHOLZ Senior Financial Analyst REAL ESTATE AND COMMERCIAL BANKING EXPERIENCE: 21 years Jamie provides financial modeling, interpretation of financial impact, and identifying areas for value creation on critical property-level issues. Jamie develops client-tailored solutions which enable clients to make fully informed real estate decisions. Jamie also assists in the marketing preparation, sales process and due diligence of each listing. He was in the banking industry for 14 years and a former Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank. AMY ALSCHLAGER Client Services Team Lead REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE: 15 years Amy is involved in the coordination, creation and design in the marketing preparation for each listing. Amy takes the time to ensure each listing is showcased and distributed to the appropriate marketing channels to receive the most attention from prospective buyers. She also provides superior customer service to clients and administrative support to the team.
