VTrust Property Co., Ltd., was established in August 2004, followed by Park Café a month later. Taking advantages of political stability and rapid economic prosperity after decades of conflict in Cambodia, The VTrust Group of Companies quickly turned their businesses into one of the leading entities among other competitors. This initial phase of growth culminated in the expansion of VTrust Property with 3 serviced apartments and acquisition of Kamhwa Crushing International Co., Ltd. in Despite the effect of global economic crisis starting from the second half of 2008, VTrust Group of Companies saw positive growth with rapid expansion in food and beverage market, adding 3 new branches of Park Café from May to September 2009, developing it into one of the leading choices for medium and upper class population.
