2 MARTIN K. HOLDRICH Martin Holdrich is Senior Economist at Woods & Poole Economics, Inc. in Washington D.C. He has worked on comprehensive long range forecasting models for U.S. regional economies. The models to which he has contributed provide highly detailed county demographic and economic projections. Each year for the last thirty years Mr. Holdrich has prepared a comprehensive economic forecast for every county in the United States. Mr. Holdrich has written and spoken on regional economic growth, particularly on the relative strengths of local economies. Prior to joining Woods & Poole in 1983 he worked for Battelle Laboratories and helped develop the regional forecasting model used by the National Planning Association. His undergraduate degree is from the University of California at Berkeley and his graduate degree is from the University of Pennsylvania.

3 ERIN BOEDECKER Erin Boedecker leads the Buildings Energy Consumption & Efficiency Analysis Team within the U.S. Energy Information Administration s (EIA) Office of Energy Analysis. Prior to EIA s reorganization in October 2010, she was the principal analyst and modeler for the Commercial Demand Module of the National Energy Modeling System, responsible for analysis of energy demand in the commercial sector. Before joining EIA in 1994, Ms. Boedecker worked as an Industrial Engineer for the U.S. Air Force, implementing process improvements in logistics operations. She has also been a Seismic Analyst in the petroleum exploration industry. Ms. Boedecker has a B.S. in Mathematics from Virginia Tech and an M.S.E. in Operations Research from the University of Texas at Austin.

5 KERRY KASEMAN Kerry Kaseman currently holds a Senior Resource Planning position at Otter Tail Power Company headquartered in Fergus Falls, MN. He has over 17 years of Electric Utility experience within the Accounting, Business Planning, Risk Management, and Resource Planning functions. In his current role he is responsible for preparing long-range energy and peak demand forecasts for regulatory and internal financial planning purposes. Kerry holds a Bachelor s Degree in Accounting from North Dakota State University, better known as the Bison, who recently won their third consecutive NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision title.

6 LAUREN MACMILLAN Lauren MacMillan joined Opower in August 2013 as a manager on the Analytics team, where she leads a team responsible for forecasting energy savings. In her current role, she works closely with internal teams to ensure that savings forecasts are as accurate as possible and that Opower's programs across the country, and globe, are meeting clients' expectations. Prior to joining Opower, Lauren worked in the marketing consulting industry, facilitating measurement of global marketing campaigns, developing standard online reporting dashboards, and ultimately helping clients use data to make more informed decisions and improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of their campaigns. Lauren holds a BA in Physics from Colgate University.

7 JEFF JOHNSON Jeff Johnson is the Chief Science Officer at Schneider Electric s Cloud Services, located in Burnsville, MN. He has been employed with the organization for the last 33 years including several mergers and buyouts. His work experience has included operational forecasting, management, product development and training on Doppler weather radar. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Madison and attained the designation of a Certified Consulting Meteorologist from the American Meteorological Society. In the current role of Chief Science Officer, Jeff specializes in long range and seasonal forecasting for Energy and Transportation clients.

8 AL BASS Al Bass is Manager of Market Assessment and Forecasting at Kansas City Power & Light. He is responsible for developing both short-term and long-term energy and demand forecast for four jurisdiction in two states. He has spent the past 15 years working at KCP&L involved in load forecasting, rate cases, weather normalization, and pricing.

9 ABDUL RAZACK Abdul Razack works as an Analyst in the load forecasting group within the resource planning department of NV Energy since April, Prior to joining NV Energy he was in the consulting business as an analyst. His academic background is in the areas of agriculture, economics, and statistics.

10 LARHONDA PAPWORTH LaRhonda is an industry expert in electricity markets with over 20 years of experience in the areas of forecasting, analytics and regulatory applications. LaRhonda is currently the Manager, Forecasting for the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO). Her core accountability is the development of the 20 year long term forecast of load and generation for the province of Alberta and providing regulatory forecast support for transmission system applications filed with the Alberta Utilities Commission.

11 TERRY BAXTER Mr. Baxter has been the Manager of Load Forecasting at NV Energy since Prior to his current position, he served as the Manager of Forecasting and Economic Analysis at Alliant Energy in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for nine years, where he was responsible for load and revenue forecasting and load research. Prior to that, he was a Group Manager with Aspen Systems Corporation (now a division of Lockheed-Martin), where for seven years he oversaw analytical consulting projects for utilities and the U.S. government. Mr. Baxter holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Arkansas located in Fayetteville, Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Missouri at Rolla (now Missouri University of Science and Technology) located in Rolla, Missouri.

12 KEN SCHIERMEYER Ken Schiermeyer is the Forecasting and Analysis Manager at San Diego Gas & Electric. Ken has been with SDG&E for 15 years in both the Load Research and Forecasting Departments. He has an M.A. in Economics from Western Illinois University and a B.S. in Economics from Truman State University

13 CHAD BURNETT Chad Burnett is the Director of Economic Forecasting for American Electric Power (AEP) and has worked as an Economist for AEP for the last 17 years. AEP, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, is one of the largest electric utilities in the US, serving over 5 million customers in 11 states. AEP owns the largest transmission network in the country (over 40,000 miles) and has nearly 38,000 megawatts of generating capacity. Chad s team is responsible for budgeting and long-term forecasting of customers, sales (energy), peak demand, and revenues for all 10 operating companies operating in 11 different states for a total of 15 jurisdictional models. In addition to forecasting, Chad s group is responsible for monthly variance analysis and reporting, weather normalization, energy efficiency modeling, and providing unbilled and estimated billed energy in the monthly closing process. Finally, Chad s team provides regulatory support for each jurisdiction and in the 3 regional transmission organizations (PJM, SPP, & ERCOT) in which AEP participates.
