With a dedicated team, Melodie Cunningham, former President of NetNoir, Inc. launched Global Diversity Group, Inc. in January of With a staff that possesses more than 40 years of expertise in project management, marketing consulting, internet technology, and event planning. Global Diversity Group (GDG) is a marketing consulting company based in Columbia, Maryland with a focus on a multi-cultural market. Global Diversity Group, Inc., (GDG), provides corporations access to minority consumer and business markets. This is achieved by developing special events, promotions, and online marketing aimed at various segments of the minority population. Customized programs are developed to meet clients specific needs. Global Diversity Group s marketing client list is diverse. The company also offers business solutions to minority owned companies by providing them with several options for growing their businesses. These options include a Small Business Online Program, commonly known as MPBNetwork.com and the Business Exchange: Tour For Success is one of the premiere vehicles used to bring corporations, professionals, entrepreneurs, public and non-profit sectors together. 3

5 Overview: The Tour For Success As a result of the quality of the events developed and facilitated as part of our Business Exchange: Tour for Success national tours, we were asked by attendees, as well as organizations that were our strategic partners, to expand the resources that we provide to individuals. As a result of these many requests, the Business Exchange: Tour for Success has evolved into the Tour for Success. Given the myriad of issues that relate to our constituency, Black and Latino professionals, in 2006 the tour will provide resources for attendees to enhance their abilities/competencies in the areas of (1) Entrepreneurial Success, (2) Professional Success and (3) Personal Empowerment. 5

9 Overview: The GDG Business Exchange: Tour for Success Launched in 2002, in 10 U.S. cities, The Business Exchange: 2002 Tour for Success featured Mr. Earvin Magic Johnson as the featured entrepreneur for all tour events Facilitated rewarding and beneficial interaction between corporations, minority professionals, and entrepreneurs, as well as public and nonprofit sector entities Each tour event consisted of resources geared toward both newly established and mature businesses Featured local and regional business experts and successful entrepreneurs on interactive panels Provided networking and business development opportunities 9
