9 Our Partners... G.K. LATH, F.C.A. He has a very good academic background and was rank holder in Intermediate exams in his College and in B.Com. in Lucknow University. He has a total experience of 31 years as a Chartered Accountant out of which he had initially worked with Uptron India Limited for about 11 years and held positions at senior management levels while handling accounts and finance divisions. He is associated with this firm as its senior managing partner since 1987 and has successfully handled various types of audit assignments of many state corporations, local bodies, private and public companies and banks etc. He is also actively associated with many private and government organisations as financial and taxation consultant. Presently he is in the Board of Union Bank of India. RAMESH CHANDRA, F.C.A. He has got a total experience of about 23 years as a Chartered Accountant and out of which he has worked with Uptron India Limited in accounts division for about 5 years and after that he is in full time practice as a partner with this firm. DINESH SINGH, F.C.A. He is in practice for more then fifteen years as a partner in this firm.
