CHAPTER NO 1 Identify Your Dreams

Page 12 Identifying Your Dreams To help you remember all the principles taught in the book, Making Your Dream Come True, we are giving you here in this workbook, some projects to help you. I will begin by summarizing all the main principles that you learned in the main book. Then I will show you how to put them all into practice. The Main Principles A. Identify your dreams B. Turn your dreams into goals C. Program your goals with plans D. Put your plans into action Les D. Crause

Page 13 Chapter 1 Chapter 1 - Identify Your Dreams Make a list of the things you have desired in life, and dream about having one day. Include the things you dreamed about from childhood. To help you identify this more clearly, you could answer the following questions: 1. If the fairy godmother gave you three wishes, as you read about in the children s fairy stories, what would you wish for? 2. If you knew that God would answer any prayer, what would you pray for? 3. If you had enough money to buy anything you desired, what would you get? 4. If you could change anything about yourself or your circumstances, what would you change? 5. What dreams did you have in the past that came true? Do not try to get super spiritual in this project and pretend that you have no desire for things, and just want to serve the Lord. God wants to bless you temporarily as well as spiritually. Imagine what would have happened if Israel had refused the Promised Land? It would have been a rejection of the blessing of God. Bill Yinaire

Page 14 Identifying Your Dreams You can certainly list your spiritual dreams and desires, but make sure to include all natural and temporal things also. Once you have listed all your dreams, separate those that you have fulfilled from those that you are still wanting to fulfill. Then take the list of unfulfilled dreams and give them a priority listing. Start by choosing the top three, and then see if you can list them all in order of your greatest desires. You should now have a list of dreams that you want to fulfill. We will work on each of them separately, so using the worksheet listed in the Appendix of this book, make a work project for each of your dreams. You can do this by printing out a worksheet for each of your dreams. Once you have done this, I will show you how to complete the rest of the worksheet, so that you have a work in progress for each of your dreams. Feel free to add new dreams to the list at any time. If a new desire comes into your life, big or small, write it down and complete a worksheet for it. Then get working on that dream using the principles you have learned in the book. I will show you shortly how to make full use of the worksheet on a daily basis. Les D. Crause

CHAPTER 2 Turn Your Dreams Into Goals

Page 16 Turning Dreams Into Goals Chapter 2 - Turn Your Dreams Into Goals Your dreams will stay as fantasies until you bring them into the realm of possibility. And the best way to do this is to give them a deadline. Once you put a date or time period to your dreams, they now become not only a faint hope, but also a definite possibility. As you go through some of your dreams, you might find that some are way beyond possibility. There are so fantastic that you could never ever see them really coming true. Do not try to program these dreams yet, until you are able to believe that they might be possible. Until you can see yourself fulfilling and living a dream, you will never take the right steps to bringing it to pass. So take your list of dreams now and put a date next to each one. I suggest you choose a time span first. How long do you think it could take you to fulfill this dream if you really try hard? Would it take days, weeks, months or years? Be realistic, but also do not let your emotions get the better of you. Will it take a long time to achieve the goal or could it happen very quickly? Les D. Crause

Page 17 Chapter 2 The most important thing that will help you decide this is the knowledge of what you will need to do. If you only hope for your dreams to come true then you cannot put a date to them. But if you know what to do to make them come true, then you have more control. We will look next at how to program your goals. Once you do that, you might be able to assess better, how long it will take. So for now just choose an approximate time span. Choose something like 30 days, six months, two years, etc. This will help your dream to become something you can reach. It will no longer be a fantasy; something that you only hope for. It will become a goal that you can aim for. So taking the worksheet that you made for each dream, write down something like this in the place where you put your goal: Within (30 days, six months, one year, etc) I will have/be (your dream here). To help make the goal very clear, you should be able to close your eyes and imagine that you have reached your goal. If you cannot do this, then your dream is not clear enough. Your goal is not specific enough. Do you remember the 12- step program? You must be very specific about what you want. Failure at this point will mean you have not even started out right. And you will never reach your goal. So go back Bill Yinaire

Page 18 Turning Dreams Into Goals over each one and make sure you get it right before you go any further. Les D. Crause

CHAPTER 3 Program Your Goals With Plans

Page 20 Program Your Goals With Plans Chapter 3 - Program Your Goals With Plans You will never attain any goals in this life without doing something to reach them. You do not reach goals by simply thinking. They require some form of action on your part. When God created the world, He did not simply think about doing it. He released His power through words and actions. If you wish to create anything in this world, you will need to do the same. You will need to add words and actions to your goals. Until you do this, your goals will remain as dreams and hopes only in your mind. Do not think that simply praying and visualizing your goals will bring the things that you desire. You have written down your dreams and clearly expressed exactly what you want in goals. This has brought them into the real world. Now you must set in motion both the words and the actions that will make your reach those goals. For you to obtain what you desire there are two main persons involved. The first is the Lord, who will work on your behalf with His power. The second is you, because God always works through human channels in the earth. Les D. Crause

Page 21 Chapter 3 This section is for you to lay out very clear plans that you can put into practice right away; things that you could do to make your desires happen. Here is how you lay out your plans: 1. Write down what you are prepared to do to reach your goal. 2. Write down when you plan to do these things. These could be a. Daily b. Weekly c. Monthly d. Perhaps even every hour 3. It is important that you cover everything you can possibly do. Don t leave out anything. 4. Write down the things that are outside of your control. 5. Write down what only the Lord can do to help you reach your goal. 6. Write down anything that you need other people to do to help you reach your goal. Put down how you will get others to do this for you. 7. Write down anything that you need to get to help you reach your goal. This could be anything that will help you to do what you need to do. 8. Write down how you will obtain this. Bill Yinaire

Page 24 Putting Your Plans Into Action Chapter 4 - Put your plans into action Now that you have laid out some plans to help you reach your goals, you need to put those plans into action. This section is for you to lay out a work schedule that forces you to put your plans into action. Unless you get working right away by adding action to your plans, you will never reach your goals. Before you try to schedule your work, you need to take your plans and begin to build them into your daily, weekly and monthly workload. Building a work schedule is not always easy, especially if you have not been very successful at doing this in the past. So do not think that this will just come together easily. You will need to follow through with some principles of scheduling. God s Twelve Step Plan Start by writing down how you are putting God s 12-step plan into action. To help you remember each step, here they are again for you. See what I have said under each one, and read this daily. I suggest you print out this section and put it up on the wall or somewhere where you can read it daily to remind you of what you must do. Les D. Crause

Page 25 Chapter 4 1. Make a decision of what you want from God. You did this already when you wrote down your dream and goal, and then wrote down what you can do and what you need the Lord to do. This section is only for how to trust God to do His part. The part that you must do is in the section below on work and time scheduling. This is your 12-step plan, not God s plan. You need to carry out both effectively if you wish to see the kind of results you desire. 2. Get into the Word and find promises for what you want I have provided you with a full list of Scripture promises. You can use these to build your faith for what you desire. I suggest you pull out two or three of these, memorize them and speak them aloud every day. Try walking up and down speaking these Scriptures aloud repeatedly, for about 5-10 minutes. This will build your faith and keep you from becoming discouraged when things are taking so long to happen. You must keep your faith in the field. Keep pressing on in faith alone, because this is the most important quality you will need. Bill Yinaire

Page 26 Putting Your Plans Into Action 3. Wait on God for the answer You should be praying daily for the thing you desire, until you receive a rhema from the Lord that is it done, and He has answered your prayer. The moment you get this rhema, you must write down the date and time and record it right here, like this: On I received this from the Lord. From this time forward, I will no longer ask the Lord for this but I will continue to thank Him daily for giving it to me. 4. See Him giving it to you Write here how you received the rhema what you saw, felt, heard etc. This will be the basis for your faith in the future, combined with the Scriptures you chose in a previous option above. 5. Know that it is yours Write out here the statement that you will make daily in your prayer time. This will be in the form of a confession and will be statement of fact, based on the past not on the future. Here is an example of what you could say, Les D. Crause

Page 27 Chapter 4 The Lord has given me. It is mine and I now claim it and put my foot on the land. And I command you Satan to take your hands off my land. This thing is mine in Jesus Name. 6. Transmute it from the Heavenly Realm To do this you must continually speak your confession aloud. It is not enough to think it or just visualize it. Your spiritual power is released through words. Do this as often as you think about it. You might want to write it down and put it up somewhere where you see it all the time. You could even put it on the screen of your computer so that it is in front of you always. The easiest way to make sure you do this daily is to set specific times to do it. You might want to speak it out loud first thing in the morning when you come to start up your computer. Try speaking it while you wait for the machine to boot up and get ready. Then you might want to do it again at lunchtime or supper time. Or you could do it again as you close down your computer when you are finished working, or need to go to lunch. The important thing is that you do it every day, at least once, but preferably at least 2-3 times a day. Bill Yinaire

Page 28 Putting Your Plans Into Action 7. Build a spiritual template to keep your soul healthy This part involves your mind, emotions and will. Here is where you bring your dreams to bear again on your goals. Take time to visualize yourself in possession of the thing you desire. If possible talk about it to someone, and speak about what you will do when this thing manifests. Begin to live as though it is already accomplished. Make your daily plans around it, as though it was already here. To help you keep your emotions going, bring back to your memory things that happened in the past that were similar, where you did receive something you desired. Try to relive that experience and think about how wonderful it will be when the new one manifests. By getting mind, emotions and will all involved together in this, you bring your soul into a place where it is a good channel for the power to flow out of. You can do this when you are not working. Perhaps when you are waiting for something or someone. You can also do it when you are lying in bed ready to go to sleep, or just resting. Try to be imaginative and build yourself a little story. You might even try writing a fictional story Les D. Crause

Page 29 Chapter 4 about yourself and what happens when your dream is fulfilled. Make you the hero of the story, and describe what happens to you as your goal is reached. This will help build good pictures in your mind and keep your feelings and desires active. 8. Bind the forces of darkness and release the forces of Heaven Be careful to not become too demon conscious and give the enemy more attention than necessary. The key here is to balance the positive and the negative. First, speak the positive, and then deal with the negative. So after you have confessed your faith and spoken words that will produce your desires, then you address the enemy. Anything that you desire that is tangible and made on this earth has to come from the world system. And since this world is under the control of Satan and his demons, you will come into conflict with those powers. So the key here is that once you have claimed what God has given you, it is necessary to command the enemy to loose his hold of it. I first saw this principle when the Lord showed me the chief Prince of the World System whom I named Pharaoh. I saw that he had to approve Bill Yinaire

Page 30 Putting Your Plans Into Action anything that I received in this world. He had to sign the document to authorize my receiving anything. In the Spirit as I prayed, I saw that he did not want to sign it or authorize it, but he had to obey my commands in the Name of Jesus. I knew that once he signed it, it would come to me. Realize that you have authority in the Name of Jesus over all levels in the Kingdom of Darkness. They must obey when you speak in His Name. 9. Start small and learn to birth small things as you move up to tackle bigger problems If the thing you desire is a big thing that seems too large for you to have faith for, then break it down into several stages. It is easier to believe for smaller things, so always keeps some of them on your list of desires, even if you think they are not a big deal. Include little things in your project list and make projects for them also. Then, when you obtain something small, make a note of it and see how the principles have worked to bring that thing to you. It will encourage you to keep believing for the big things also. Les D. Crause

Page 31 Chapter Follow each one through to its conclusion When you start a project, put the date on it to show when you started. Then when it completes, and you receive what you desired, put down the date of completion also. Keep these projects to encourage you when you grow weary of waiting for others that are taking a little longer. Review your projects each day to make sure that you have not forgotten what you are waiting for. It is important that you follow each one through. Most of us tend to give up when we do not get quick results. But this will cause your project to fail. So always review your projects, preferably on a daily basis, to remind you what you started to believe for. It might be that the desire is not so strong after a while, and you could take your faith out of the field. When this happens, the project could fail, and this will discourage you from trying any new ones again in the future. So expect every project to succeed eventually. It is just a matter of time. Keep going on every one until you hold in your hands the things you desired. Bill Yinaire

Page 32 Putting Your Plans Into Action 11. Don t be swayed by the time of travail There will always be some kind of lash back when you begin to exercise your faith for something from God. Do not let this catch you by surprise or think that this means you must give up. Everything that you receive in this world has to be released from the clutches of the enemy, who is the god of this world. So he will fight you all the way. Instead of seeing these negative things as something negative to discourage you, rather see them as a clear sign that your faith is working. When the enemy starts to react to your desire by putting pressure on you, then rejoice and increase your actions to get it. The mere fact that this is happening is proof that your faith is already beginning to work. 12. Once it manifests, remember to release it into the earth Probably the biggest mistake most people make, is celebrating at the first sign of success, before everything is complete. Do not stop exercising your faith even when you see positive signs that your desire is coming. Make sure that it is in your hands before you put a completion date on your project. Les D. Crause

Page 33 Chapter 4 Your first response to a positive sign of success should not be to celebrate but to intensify for one final push. This is like giving birth. The final birth process is not when the baby s head shows, but when the entire baby comes out of the womb. And even then, the actual final step is the cutting of the umbilical cord. Make sure that all stages are complete before you rest and rejoice. Then go ahead and write down the date of completion on your project. And make a note of how it came to you, to help encourage you next time you begin to believe for something like this. Bill Yinaire

CHAPTER 5 Your Twelve Step Plan

Page 36 Your Twelve Step Plan Chapter 5 - Your Twelve Step Plan You have learned how to go about believing God for the things that are not under your control. But actually, most of what you can do to see your dreams come true is in your hands. You wrote down earlier, what you need to do to make sure that you reach your goal. But writing it down is not enough. You have to start putting these things into action in your life. This is probably where most people fail. They expect the Lord or someone else to do everything for them. Or they start out with great enthusiasm but do not keep it up. The main reason for this is that we have too many other things demanding our time and energy. And usually the one that shouts the loudest is the one that gets the most attention. So here is another twelve-step program especially for you to use to help you organize yourself and restructure your life. Once you have developed new habits that help bring success, you will find it easier to complete your projects. 1. Make a list of the things you need to do to reach your goals You added these items in your projects as actions that you need to do to reach your goals. Les D. Crause

Page 37 Chapter 5 2. Break It Into Bite Sized Pieces Looking at the deadline you set, break down the work into bite sized pieces that you can plan in months, weeks and days. 3. Allocate Time To Each Piece Allocate a daily time span in minutes so that you can schedule your time to allow you to use those minutes for this project each day. 4. Make A List Of Current Activities Now, write down the things that you have to do every day or are already on your daily work schedule. You have to do these things every day. 5. Note The Time You Are Using For Each Next to each item, write down how much time you need every day to get these things done. If you are not sure, try timing yourself for a few days to work out an average. 6. Note Non Daily Activities Write down the things that you are doing now, which you do not need to do every day. They are things that you do perhaps only one or two days a week. Bill Yinaire

Page 38 Your Twelve Step Plan 7. Write Down What You Do For Fun Write down the things that you like to do that are just for fun, and not necessary to help you reach your goals. 8. List The Things You Hate Doing Write down the things that you do, which you would happily like to cut out of your schedule. This includes things that others make you do. 9. Work Out How Much Free Time You Have Now, add up all the time that you are currently spending each day on all the things you listed. Then work out how many hours of time you still have left to use for new things. 10. Make Two Lists By Importance and Desire Looking at this full list of things now, try to arrange them into two different list orders. Do this on separate pieces of paper. a. List them by priority of importance. Put higher on the list, the things that you know are more important and should be done first. b. List them by priority of your desires and feelings. Put higher on the list the things you feel like doing the most, and would much rather do if you could choose. Les D. Crause

Page 39 Chapter Add One Item From Your New Activities Take only one item from your new list of things to do and see where you can add it to your existing list. Put it on both the priority lists you made in step 10. Repeat this process once each week if possible. You can also add it whenever you feel ready to add more. This allows you time to get used to having something new on your schedule. If you add too many items too soon, you will become overwhelmed and not do anything. 12. Make One Final List From Both Lists Holding these two lists side by side now, make one new list by taking an item from each list alternately. In other words write down in priority order, a. One item from the importance list b. One item from the desires and feelings list As you add an item, check it off both lists so you cannot select it again. You should now hold in your hands a list of items that includes both essential things and things you really feel like doing. By choosing alternative items for this list, you make sure that you do not spend the whole day working against your feelings. And you do not spend the whole day just catering to your feelings. Bill Yinaire

Page 40 Your Twelve Step Plan Instead, you will spend a bit of time doing the things you really feel like doing, and then you will spend a bit of time doing the things that are essential, that you do not feel like doing. And since you chose items from the top of the list, even if you only managed to do a few of these each day, you would have accomplished the following: a. You would have done the most important task on your list. b. You would have done the thing that you enjoy most. Realize that you will seldom finish everything you wanted to do in a day. But there are many more days in the week, so what you miss on one day you can catch up on the other days. Here are the 12 steps now summarized: 1. List the things you have to start doing 2. Break them down into bite sized pieces 3. Decide how much time to spend on each one 4. Write down the things you are doing now 5. Write down how much time you are using right now for each item 6. Mark the items that are not needed daily 7. List the things you do for fun 8. Note the things you hate doing 9. Work out how much time you have available 10. Make two lists, one for importance and one for the things you like doing 11. Add one new item to your lists periodically Les D. Crause

CHAPTER 6 Flexible Planning Using Your Strengths and Weaknesses

Page 44 Flexible Planning, Strengths & Weaknesses Chapter 6 - Flexible Planning Using Your Strengths and Weaknesses Life never goes that way we expect it to. Emergencies come up when we least expect them, and people interrupt us. It is up to you to make sure that, a. You do your best to remain in control so that others cannot control you. b. You do not let your schedule prevent you from flowing out in love to others. You need to be aware of the strengths and weaknesses of your temperamental make up. Each person has a different make up and will therefore have different habit patterns to deal with. Here are some of the strengths and weaknesses that exist in each temperament. See if you can identify yours. I will not cover temperaments in detail here, because I have already provided a full teaching on this subject elsewhere. This section is just a hint to encourage you to see where there is a problem and to study the subject further. Temperamental Strengths Here are the standard strengths of the temperaments. Since we are all a mix of up to three temperaments, you might see an overlap in yourself. Les D. Crause

Page 45 Chapter 6 1. The Amiable The greatest strength of the amiable is the ability to get on with people. This temperament is very likeable and can get on with anyone. When your work involves others, the amiable shines and continually makes new contacts and friends. So use this strength to connect with others and to get people to help you accomplish your goals 2. The Analytical The greatest strength of the analytical lies in future planning. This temperament can take experience and knowledge and use it to lay out a perfect plan of action for the future. Use this strength in laying out your goals and plans in a way that will allow for anything that could go wrong. 3. The Expressive The greatest strength of the expressive is the ability to reach goals. This temperament is totally goal oriented, and continually pushes to complete a goal. This also encourages others and motivates them to follow. So the expressive temperament keeps the flow going until the goal is reached. Bill Yinaire

Page 46 Flexible Planning, Strengths & Weaknesses 4. The Driver The greatest strength of the driver is the ability to organize both a job and people, and make sure that they are done. Because the driver is strong willed and not affected by feelings, this temperament is the most reliable and accomplishes the most in work. Temperamental Weaknesses 1. The Amiable The amiable has no time orientation, and is easily distracted. Hard work does not come naturally to the amiable, and procrastination is a big problem. The amiable is forever putting things off for later, because he or she does not feel like working right now. All it takes is for someone to start a conversation or show friendliness, and the amiable soon forgets the task at hand. 2. The Analytical The greatest weakness of the analytical is change. Second to that is making decisions. Because the analytical likes to rely on proved ways of doing things, he or she does not like to try new things. And because the analytical assesses and plans each step, he or she will often take a long time to make a decision and take action. By the time the analytical springs to action, the opportunity could have been lost. Les D. Crause

Page 47 Chapter 6 3. The Expressive The expressive thrives on goals and excitement, and hates routine work. As long as there is a goal to aim for and something exciting to do, the expressive will thrive. But put him or her into a routine job and ask for consistent work, and the expressive loses interest. Instead, he or she will find something else to do that is more exciting. 4. The Driver Because the driver is a strong manager and totally work oriented, he or she tends to ignore the feelings of others, and will hurt people in order to get a job done. The driver never makes time to have fun or enjoy life. Also, the driver is totally time oriented and will demand total value out of each minute from those he or she works with. So the driver tends to be a loner who works better without other people. Bill Yinaire

CHAPTER 7 Keeping Your Project Alive

Page 50 Keeping Your Project Alive Chapter 7 - Keeping Your Project Alive The final and most important stage of your project, once you have written it down, is to keep it alive until you reach your goal. Most people start out with a lot of enthusiasm but this does not last. Most people who attend motivational seminars go home inspired and determined to change their lives. But the vast majority does not look at the material again when they get home. Their enthusiasm soon fades away as the get back to the demands of normal life. This is the main reason I have written this little workbook for you. It is designed to help you keep your motivation alive and to follow through until you reach your goals. I will be showing your shortly some sample projects to help you put together your goals, plans and actions. But once you have made a project sheet, here is what you must do EVERY DAY, or you will never reach your goal. 1. Read your project over at least twice per day, preferably three times. Read it in the morning before you start your day, and at night before you end your day. The try and read it in the middle of the day also perhaps during your lunch break if you take one. 2. On one of these occasions when you read your project, get alone and read it aloud to yourself. Les D. Crause

Page 51 Chapter 7 When you hear your own voice, it is as if you are giving yourself instructions. And the only person you will ever listen to and obey is yourself. So command yourself at least once per day to carry out your project and follow it through. 3. Record your failures, your successes and your frustrations by keeping a daily journal for each project. When you see some results, write it down to keep encouraged and motivated. On days when nothing seems to be happening, you can read some of the previous journals and be encouraged. 4. Tick off each step of your 12 step plans each day and make sure that you have not missed any of them along the way. 5. Talk to someone else about your projects, your hopes and your dreams. Tell them what you are expecting to happen. This will help keep your dream alive and force you to follow through. 6. Write down a date next to each event that takes place, which bring your closer to your goal. This will encourage you to see that something is happening. 7. Keep a running total of how long you still have to meet the deadline you set for your goal. This will help you to not drag your feet, but keep to your deadline. I believe that if you apply even some of these principles that I have shared, you will begin to see some good results. If you apply ALL of the principles, I GUARANTEE that you will see results. Bill Yinaire

Page 52 Keeping Your Project Alive Please feel free to go and post on my forum on the website of Making Your Dreams Come True when you have either failure or success. You could motivate other folks who are also having difficulties. And any help I give you there will help other people also, who might be having the same problems as you. Here then are some sample projects that I put together, and some blank project sheets for you to use to set up your own projects. I look forward to hearing the good news every time you see one of your dreams coming true. May the Lord bless you as you work on this and find the happiness that comes from walking in His blessing. Les D. Crause / Bill Yinaire Les D. Crause

You will find that as you sit down and go through them, ideas will flow out of your mind, and you will come up with some original ideas that will amaze you.
