1 HOW TO RESTORE THE FLOW OF ENERGY TO YOUR LIGHT BODY AND TO ENGAGE YOUR CHAKRAS IN 3 EASY STEPS Sarah Negus

2 I m Sarah and when I m not fighting with my two dogs for the last two inches of space on my bed I can be found in discussion with my 19 year old son, who thinks he is King of his particular castle, which happens to be where I live and work..get the picture? Argentinian Tango and Salsa are passions of mine and when I m not dancing until my feet are sore I spend my time bringing the best of you to light with my intuitive healing practice. My work lifts your vibrational field, aligning your energy, casting away blocks to bring the best of you to light allowing you to discover the life you were meant to lead. DO YOU SIT AT A DESK ALL DAY WORKING ON A COMPUTER? DO YOU WORK ENERGETICALLY WITH CLIENTS? ARE YOU A SPIRITUAL ENTREPRENEUR WHO SPENDS HOURS INSPIRING YOUR TEAM, YOURSELF AND YOUR CLIENTS? DO YOU NEED TO LIVE IN THE FLOW? If this describes you and your working environment, the chances are that your spine will become compressed around your neck and shoulders and in your lower back at some point during your working week. This causes compression, and energetic blockages, and we all know to create we need to be in the FLOW! Here are 3 easy exercises that you can do at home or in the office, that you won t have to break out a sweat for, to decompress your spine and open up the energetic channels and help you stay grounded. Energy flows in straight lines, if you have kinks in your spine, you ll need to iron them out, open them and get connected. 2

3 1. Bridge your spine. Push your feet into the floor and allow your pelvis to lift. Let your legs do the work not your buttocks. Breath and feel your spine lengthen. 2. From Bridge position with your legs not your bottom doing the work. Press your hands together and reach to the sky. Breath, feel the work in your legs and your tummy, let your spine be strong! 3. Find a hover! Be on your hands and knees with your spine as straight as you can. Tuck your toes underneath you. Push your hands and toes evenly into the floor and hover your knees about 5 cm off the floor. Feel how your deep inner core wraps around your spine and stretches it open! 3

4 BONUS TIPS YOU MAY NOT HAVE THOUGHT OF! GET UP EVERY HOUR AND WALK AROUND FOR A FEW MINUTES YOUR SPINE WILL THANK YOU FOR IT o If you have meetings scheduled, make them in person if you can and make them walking meetings. o Take a walk out for lunch o Take a break and walk outside DRINK PLENTY OF WATER TO HYDRATE YOUR SPINE o Stay off the coffee and tea o Add fresh citrus fruit to your water TAKE OFF YOUR SHOES AND WALK BARE FOOT IN THE OFFICE. EVEN BETTER TAKE OFF YOUR SHOES AND WALK BARE FOOT OUTSIDE. YAWN IT HELPS MOVE ENERGY BLOCKS FROM THE SOLAR PLEXUS TO THROAT CHAKRAS ROLL YOUR SHOULDERS AROUND AND AROUND. TURN YOUR HEAD FROM SIDE TO SIDE. ROTATE YOUR ANKLES MEDITATE FOR UP TO 12 MINUTES SITTING IN THE LOTUS POSITION. 4
