After the 52 nd True Parents Day celebration held on Cheon-gi 2 nd year 3.1 by the heavenly calendar (April 3, 2011), True Parents emphasized that all blessed families from around the world must make their ancestors in the spirit world into absolute good spirits before January 13, 2013, Foundation Day of Cheon Il Guk; they should complete the liberation and blessing of their ancestors up to the 210 th generation by December 31, An official memo (WMH ) has already been sent out regarding this matter. More recently on 10.4 by the heavenly calendar (October 30, 2011), True Parents reiterated that all blessed families should complete the liberation and blessing of their ancestors up to the 210 th generation as soon as possible. This should be done on the Father s side, Mother s side, Grandmother on the Father s side (Paternal grandmother s side), Grandmother on the Mother s side (Maternal grandmother s side). This is to remind you to encourage our members in each region and mission nation to complete this mandate. Hyung Jin Moon International President

2 Special Grace concerning Ancestor Liberation and Ancestor Blessing Ancestor Liberation and Blessing are restoring God s lineage. By attending Cheongpyeong workshops or Heung Jin Nim and Dae Mo Nim s World Tours and participating in the Chanyang Yeoksa session, you can receive the grace of the removal of resentful and evil spirits which are in our bodies and which are related to our ancestors, and the grace of having all those passages through which evil elements have been coming to you from your ancestors, severed. But for those members who cannot attend Cheongpyeong workshops due to many reasons, Heung Jin Nim and Dae Mo Nim have bestowed the grace allowing members to apply for Ancestor Liberation and Ancestor Blessing from their countries, without having to be present in Cheongpyeong. Members from all over the world that cannot come to Cheongpyeong can apply for Ancestor Liberation and Blessing from their countries until December 31, We hope that many members can take advantage of this occasion and receive much grace. Please encourage and inform all members so that they can finish within the allowed period. Some additional details were added to the memo (WMH ) Information on Special Grace concerning Ancestor Liberation and Ancestor Blessing which was sent out for members who were unable to physically come to the Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center. This is to clarify the details once again. Please note that this official memo is intended for members living outside Korea and Japan. 1. Period: Ancestor Liberation: July 1, 2011 (Fri) ~ December 30, 2012 (Sun) Ancestor Blessing: July 1, 2011 (Fri) ~ December 16, 2012 (Sun) 2. Eligible Countries: All countries other than Korea and Japan. 3. Conditions: 1) Liberation a) 21 day condition (50 bows or breakfast fasting) each time you apply for a workshop regardless of the number of generations you are liberating * You can apply even if you are in the middle of your conditions.

3 b) Full payment of liberation donation (donation differs by country) c) Registration fee ($25 for every 7 generations of Father s side and Mother s side and $25 for every 7 generations of GMF and GMM) * This is like a condition that you took part in Cheongpyeong Workshop. d) Members with liberation back payments must complete back payments before doing new liberations. You can apply for blessing of completed generations even if you have liberation back payments on other generations, but if you have liberation back payments and you apply for new liberation, the donation will automatically be applied to back payments, and the new generations will not be liberated. Ancestor Liberation and Blessing must be done in order, starting from 1~7 generations. 2) Blessing a) The ancestors can only be blessed if they have completed the 100 day workshop in spirit world. (100 days after the liberation was done and liberation donation was completed) b) Full payment blessing donation, except for the blessing fund for Father s side 1-7 generations, which can be offered from 10%. (donation differs by country) c) Registration fee If you are applying for blessing only, the registration fee is $25 regardless of the number of generations you will bless. If you are applying for liberation and blessing, you do not need to pay separate blessing registration fee, unless you want the liberation and blessing done at different workshops. In this case, you need $25 registration fee for blessing. * This is like a condition that you took part in Cheongpyeong Workshop. 4. How to register: Before you apply, make sure the generations you want to apply for and the calculations you made are correct. If you don t know your past records, please ask Cheongpyeong by . To check if your calculations are correct, please use the following link. The above link will automatically calculate the donations and registration fee for you. If you will send a check or international money order, please add per check a processing fee of $8 for checks under $1000 and $10 for checks $1000 and over. Please make the check payable to HSA-UWC-CSC. Our bank will not accept checks $10,000 and more, so if the amount you want to send is over $10,000, please write 2 checks with different dates on them.

4 1) Download the registration form(s) from the Cheongpyeong homepage ( If you cannot download, please ask Cheongpyeong to send them to you by . 2) Fill out the form(s) and send it to Cheongpyeong. There are 3 ways to do this. a) Ask a member coming to Cheongpyeong Put the forms and the donation together and ask the member coming to Cheongpyeong to turn it in at the registration window. The donation can be check or cash. In this case you do not need to send us an saying you will be sending forms, but please write your on the registration form so we can send confirmation that we received it. Please do not staple or tape the forms and donation. b) Air mail Put the forms and the donation together in an envelope, and mail it to Cheongpyeong. It usually takes days for regular mail to arrive, and 1 week if it is EMS. During holidays and when there is bad weather, it takes longer. You do not need to send us an unless 2 weeks have passed after posting the mail and you have not received any confirmation from us. Please do not send them by air mail. If you cannot send the forms by , just let us know what generations you want to apply for and we will fill out the forms for you here. 5 sending donations by wire. Please add an extra US $20 to the donation you are sending to cover the fee in Korea. For more details, please inquire your bank. 5. Receive a confirmation from Cheongpyeong If you do not receive an from Cheongpyeong confirming your application, it means your application or donation has not reached us. Only when you receive this confirmation it means the application has been accepted. * If you do not have an address, please call Cheongpyeong for confirmation ( ). 6. How to make Back payment If you have incomplete liberation donation from the past, please fill out the attachment Back payment Form B and send the donation to Cheongpyeong. (Refer to 4.
