1 Bridgeport Spaulding Schools Wood Shop Equipment Silent Auction April 5, 2016 You may view items in person on April 5. You MUST call for an appointment. For a viewing appointment call, The secretarial staff will make your appointment during that phone call. Please Note: Many of the items require 3-Phase Electrical. They do not plug directly into 110 volt outlets. Additionally, some of the items are very, very heavy. Please consider this when bidding. The silent auction process will proceed as follows: A sealed bid may be submitted no later than April 5 at 5:00 pm. The sealed bid must include the name and phone number of the person bidding, the item name and description of the item, and the bid. Sealed bids must be addressed to Carol Selby, Superintendent, Bridgeport Spaulding School District. Forms and envelopes will be available during the viewing on April 5. Sealed bids will be opened on April 6 and awarded after that date via phone calls. If you do not receive a phone call on or after April 6, the bid did not beat another bidder. PLEASE NOTE: All funds raised from this sale will be used to enhance each student s daily experience at school.
