At the round tables you can squeeze in another two more settings, but we recommend not doing that. Seating at tables is something that should be well thought out. If you are having a sit down dinner then you should have enough chairs at the table to accommodate. At Always Invited our packages have been calculated to provide a place at a table for everyone. There is limited amount of space and we suggest allowing guest some elbow room. We have also done the calculations that will sit guests comfortably. 72 round table seat 10 (can seat up to 12) 60 round table seat 8 (can seat up to 10) At the round tables you can squeeze in another two more settings, but we invite you to our showroom to view what the seating would actually look like and your decision will be an informed one. The tents are delivered, set up and taken down as part of the package. Be sure that you have enough space for tent. If you have a septic field, sprinkler systems or any other underground obstruction, it is important to know their location as the tent pegs are approximately three feet long. Also if there is any overhead obstructions like trees or wires. Always Invited can provide a site visit for an additional fee. The Dance Floor is the responsibility of the renter to assemble and disassemble. Always Invited staff can assemble and disassemble the Dance Floor for an additional fee. However, our floor is an easy snap lock system that requires no tools. To set up, first the floor must be placed on a level surface, a subfloor is provided at no extra cost if being used on an outside ground. If being used outside the Floor must be under cover. The Rope Lighting install is the responsibility of the renter, we will take down. For a fee Always Invited can install. A Delivery Fee is applied to packages and charges vary with destination and amount of items. 10
