1 The team at Unlimited Party & Event Rental considers it a privilege to serve you. It is our pledge to provide you with the finest quality rental items and service in our industry. It is our goal to help make your event a celebration of a lifetime. Listed below are a few things you should consider before renting: RESERVATIONS Reservations are accepted and encouraged. A reservation guarantees your order will be held exclusively for you on the date of your request. We require a deposit for all reservations. All items are clean and ready for use upon delivery or customer pick up. Each order is packed carefully in advance of the rental date. Please allow 72 hours notice before pick up to make any necessary changes. DELIVERY & PICK UP SERVICES Delivery is available for a fee. Scheduling deliveries and pick ups requires advance notice. If you require delivery of rental items, please notify one of our consultants. Our delivery charges are based on the mileage from our location. The price quoted will include delivery of rented items to the ground floor. Additional arrangements can be made with a consultant if needed. Upon pick up, all items should be centrally located, stacked and ready for pick up. All items should be rinsed free of food and repacked in same containers as delivered. Linens should be free of debris and dry to prevent staining or mildew. SETUP & TAKE DOWN SERVICES Setup and Take down s available at an additional charge if arranged in advance. Please call for pricing. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBLITIES Please inspect equipment before leaving the store so we can assure your satisfaction and the accuracy of your order. We will load the rented items: it is your responsibility to insure everything is securely loaded. Please allow time for inspection and counting of all items being returned. There is a replacement charge for damaged or missing items.

2 PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept cash, check (with a valid drivers license) Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Delivered orders must be paid in advance of the delivery, unless prior arrangements have been made. We assess a $35.00 return check fee. CANCELATIONS We require a deposit of 20% or $25.00 (whichever is greater) to reserve your rental items. There will be no refunds on deposits or prepaid orders. We realize there are events that are controlled by the weather, please refer to our policies below regarding rain plans RAIN PLAN OPTIONS Inflatables: We require a $25.00 deposit on inflatable/game reservations. If the weather does not permit you to have your event, you can cancel or reschedule up to the day before your event and your deposit will be transferred or held as a customer credit up to one year. Tents: Unlimited Party & Event Rental allows for 2 Rain Plan reservations per week/weekend and are booked on a first come first serve basis. Renter must specify as needing the tent as Rain Only at the time of placing the reservation. At time of reservation a 20% non-refundable deposit will be collected. The Rain Plan tent must be canceled no later than 12:00pm the day before delivery, otherwise Renter will be responsible for the full amount of the tent rental.
