2 PROPERTY DETAILS 1528 Webster Street was designed in the early 1950 s for the Oakland Real Estate Board by Oakland architecture firm Miller and Warnecke. The steel and concrete building sits on a 5,100 square foot parcel and contains approximately 8,398 square foot which includes a mezzanine. There is an adjacent parcel of 6,000 square feet that serves as a parking lot. The drop ceiling height throughout the building ranges from 9 feet to 12 feet. The front portion of the building has high ceilings with a large open space for desks. In the rear of the building under the mezzanine there are several offices and a large auditorium which has approximately 12 foot drop ceilings. The mezzanine has several raised skylights which provide wonderful natural light for the offices and a large board room. There is a basement of approximately 1,500 square feet for storage and building systems.
