1 Lower Price Membership (and preview of the Ultimate Solution) 1 It is now August 2017 and I am disappointed in myself. I thought that by this time I would have a system of making money consistently playing the Pick 3 game. Yes; I do have a Straight Number System (based on the sum 10 to sum 17 numbers) that gave me two straight hits on two consecutive weeks recently: but that is not good enough because I have no idea when the next hit is coming. The system I have in mind would tell me exactly when the next hit is coming. The ideal or perfect Pick 3 system would give you hits within a short time window; the shorter the window, the less money you have to spend. However, this means having to play more numbers but that is fine if you are coming out ahead financially. And actually, I do have such a system in mind (which I will explain later in this report) but I am still working on it. In the meantime, I have a special announcement. I do not feel comfortable charging players $60 per month for Gold membership because I have not delivered what I said I would deliver years ago: I have not come up with the ideal or perfect Pick 3 system. Therefore, I will reduce the price of Gold membership. Keep in mind that if I come up with THE solution to the Pick 3 game in the near (or far) future, the price of Gold membership will go back to normal: $60 per month. For now, it will be $60 for 3 months. Feel free to me if you have any questions. I will end with a bit of Pick 3 (and Pick 4) wisdom: Always play on paper first. This holds especially true with new unproven systems. Write down what number or numbers you think will hit based on your system and then wait to see what happens. Here is what is going to happen; you will NOT hit. That s right: the hot system that promises to give you super-hot numbers will NOT deliver. The numbers from this hot system (which showed many hits during your back testing) will not hit. However, if you follow my advice that s OK because you did NOT put any money on the numbers: you played on paper, so you did NOT lose any money. And not losing money is as good as winning money. The second thing that will happen if you play on paper first is that you will LEARN something. It may be a small thing or a big thing; but you will definitely learn something. You can then take what you learn and IMPROVE your system, thereby increasing your chances of hitting the NEXT time you play.

7 And that, my friend, is how you get better at playing both Pick 3 and Win 4: you make a prediction, you see what actually hits, you learn from it, and then you improve your system. You repeat this cycle over and over again and you will keep coming up with increasingly better and better systems. And once you do have a system that actually works and hits consistently, THEN and only then can you start putting money on the numbers. And you can do this now because your system has a track record of hitting; so you are more likely to WIN than to lose. If you have been on my list for a while, you should be familiar with these ideas. I actually put up a post about this a while back: Now I will share with you some NEW Pick 3 and Win 4 wisdom. And actually, what I will be doing next is giving you a preview of what may very well be the ULTIMATE and BEST solution to the Pick 3 riddle. 7

8 8 Preview of the Ultimate Solution The fact that 5dimes.com pays out $900 on a $1 straight hit has not been adequately exploited. Stated another way (they pay $225 on a 0.25 cent straight bet): The fact that 5dimes.com pays out $225 on a 0.25 cent straight hit has not been adequately exploited. Below are 3 definitions of the word exploit plus a few synonyms: 1-Make full use of and derive benefit from (a resource). 2-Use (a situation or person) in an unfair or selfish way. 3-Benefit unfairly from the work of (someone), typically by overworking or underpaying them. Synonyms: take advantage of, abuse, impose on, treat unfairly, misuse, ill-treat. What I am saying here is that the extra $400 that 5dimes.com pays out on a $1 straight hit (normally you would win $500 on a $1 bet) SHOULD be used in an unfair or selfish way. What happens when you play the normal way at the store by you and you win is that you win HALF of what the true chance of winning is: $500 (there is a 1 in 1000 chance of hitting). With 5dimes, you get a little closer to that $1000; you win $900. If I was a Mathematician (I am not-i am a strategist) I would find the right formula or betting strategy to fully take advantage of this generous payout. I don t know this magic formula but what I do know is that exploiting this payout will require playing hundreds of straight numbers; so it will require a large budget.

9 However, I have no problem with that if I am ahead financially. In other words, if I keep winning more money than I am putting into the system, I am fine. Now let me share with you an idea I have been playing around with: Playing Pick 3 with 60% coverage. This means playing 600 straight numbers. The numbers I have in mind now are the sum 10 to sum 17 numbers: BOTH singles and doubles: Singles and Doubles 114 Numbers used Singles (74) Doubles (38) See this post: The 74 Most Important Singles in the Pick 3 Game (Sum 10-17) 9

10 When I enter the 114 numbers from the previous page into the Box to Straight program, I get the output below. In other words, the 114 numbers can be converted into 560 straight numbers. List 560: (560) 10

11 11 I need 40 more numbers to have 60% coverage. I will most likely get these from the sum 9 or sum 18 numbers. This super list of 600 straight numbers will have both singles and doubles so if a sum 10 to sum 17 number (or some sum 9 or sum 18) hits there will be a HIT. (This will ONLY work at 5dimes.com because if you play these numbers the regular way you will only win $500.) If you were to do this now (play 600 numbers on paper) you will notice that you are not necessarily coming out ahead financially even with the generous $900 payout that 5dimes.com offers. To show a profit, you will have to do something else. You will have to WAIT for 2 or 3 MISSES. This means that you will have to wait for 2 or 3 back to back sum 0 to 9 hits - or 2 or 3 back to back sum 18 to 27 hits (or a combination of the two: for example: 012 (sum 3), 501 (sun 6), 759 (sum 21). See this chart: For example, the numbers 233, 123, and 333 hit New York on August 8 and 9 of this year (2017). These are low sum numbers (sum 0 to 9). 333 = Sum = Sum = Sum 8 That s the trigger to use my 600 number system. I have noticed that hitting the sum 10 to sum 17 numbers afterwards is as EASY as shooting fish in a barrel.

12 12 For example, 6 out of the 7 numbers that hit afterwards in New York were sum 10 to sum 17 numbers; they are on the list of 600 straight numbers. 650 = Sum 11 WIN 534 = Sum 12 WIN 744 = Sum 15 WIN 190 = Sum 10 WIN 079 = Sum 16 WIN 667 = Sum 19 (The only loss) 285 = Sum 15 WIN THIS approach to the Pick 3 game may be the ONLY way to win consistently. And it will require (1) a large budget and (2) playing at 5dimes. However, you would not start playing the numbers for $1 you would start playing the numbers for 0.25 cents, which means that playing all 600 numbers straight would cost $150 per drawing. Each hit would be a $225 win, making the profit $75 ($225-$150). Later the numbers can be played for 0.50 cents, and then for $1. The profit will be $300 at the $1 per number level ($900 won - $600 invested). Assuming one has the budget, they can later be played for $2 per number, $3, $4, $5, etc thereby increasing the profitability of each win. One more little detail; this is a situation where a Martingale betting strategy (doubling your bet after a loss) would actually WORK. For example, you wait for 2 or 3 misses (sum 0 to 9 or sum 18 to 27) and then you start your progression. If you start out at the 0.25 level it would look like this: $150, $300, $600, etc.

13 You will NOT have to go too far because a sum 10 to sum 17 number will most likely hit on the next ONE or TWO drawings. Feel free to back test this in your state; look for 2 or 3 missis; notice that a sum 10 to sum 17 number hits right afterwards. So there you have it; the final solution I come up with for the Pick 3 game will most likely be based on these ideas (I will address the Win 4 game later; I want to solve one problem at a time).
