The GBCC was founded in 1983 and has a long illustrious history in the community. And, there is no better place to live and work than in the city of Bowie. It is our pleasure to provide you with the annual Business and Community Directory Guide. This directory is a valuable tool for businesses in the community, as well as our residents and visitors. Sometimes companies are very generous with their support throughout the year and discover at the end of the year that their total participation could have afforded them much more recognition had they identified the events in their marketing strategy during their annual budget preparation. The Corporate Partnership Program affords a company the opportunity to (1) participate at the same levels and in the same programs in which they may already be participating, (2) continue to receive the recognition that they are entitled to and earn year round recognition on the Chamber s website, blasts and other printed materials, and (3) earn additional tickets to other events. The Corporate Partnership Program also offers invoicing in order to assist companies in their annual budgeting. Companies may choose to either pay for the Partnership Program in advance, or request that payments be divided into 2 semi-annual payments. If a company chooses to divide the funding of its Partnership, the Chamber will invoice the company as designated.
