Spurgeon s Bio Lt. Roger L. Spurgeon has been a police officer for roughly 35 years in Houston, TX and in Indianapolis, IN. He became a Homicide Detective in 1996, and spent the next six years investigating fresh cases. In 2002 he was promoted to Sergeant and was placed in charge of the Homicide Cold Case Unit and the Aggravated Assault Unit.

He is a Critical Incident Response Team member, a Law Enforcement Training Board Certified Instructor, is IMPD s ViCAP Manager, and continues as a practitioner and instructor in the field of Death Investigations to this day. Daniel Kepler s Bio Detective Kepler s work experience includes IMPD Homicide Detective, Robbery and Aggravated Assault Detective, Burglary Detective, Grand Jury Investigator Liaison, Arson Investigator, Patrol Officer, and Probation Officer. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University in Criminology. He has special experience in utilizing social media in the course of his investigations. Marshall Pinkus s Bio Bar Admission Indiana (1973) U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit Marshall Pinkus is a lifelong resident of Indiana. He is a graduate of North Central High School and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Butler University. Mr. Pinkus earned his law degree from Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis. With over forty years of trial experience, he devotes 100% of his practice to litigation. Mr. Pinkus has been a presenter on various topics at CLE seminars and is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association. His practice involves all areas of family law as well as plaintiff personal injury cases. He has successfully litigated and/or settled a wide range of plaintiff damage cases, ranging from smaller damage cases to a multi-million dollar settlement. Mr. Pinkus also handles criminal matters, employment issues, discrimination cases and other areas of civil litigation.
