2 QUALITY All our watches are certificated according to the Swiss quality standards. Every watch component is meticulously inspected prior to assembly and specific electronic equipment is used to detect the slightest defect. Quality control procedures are in place of every stage of the manufacturing process, ensuring the integrity of all materials used and the performance of the finished product. SERVICES a) Product Warranty Every watch comes with a two year warranty from the date of purchase and covers all manufacturing defects. Should any defect or malfunction occur within the guarantee period, we will repair or replace the watch, free of charge, at our discretion. b) Swiss Made In order to benefit and qualify for the Swiss Made label, every watch has been manufactured to very high standards, as set out by the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry. Swiss Made embodies a concept of quality that has taken centuries to develop. It symbolizes the industry benchmark in terms of precision, reliability, water-resistance and shock-resistance, as well as the aesthetic quality, particularly in terms of elegance and originality of design. It covers both traditional manufacturing and new technologies, known also as micro electronics. c) After sales service We have Watch Repair and Service Centers in EUROPE (CH), USA and ASIA (HK). Should a watch need repairing or servicing, watch owners can contact the ITMPCS Sàrl customer service department in order to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) along with detailed shipping instructions to the service center. However, it will be at the cost of the customer, while all other costs such as repair under guarantee and return shipping after service will be covered by ITMPCS Sàrl.

3 PRODUCTS The products illustrated below are indicative and available for different quantities. The price are for watches with leather strap. Metal straps, diamonds on the bezel or on the crown, butterfly buckles are submitted to extra costs. Almost all the presented cases have a sapphire glass if not indicated in the text. We have full liberty to produce a newly designed watch in any style for quantities starting from 10 items (all in gold), or 200 items in Stainless Steel. We have in house designer, or partner designers (who designed world famous pieces) for any special request. The design charge will be at customer s cost. ISASWISS SA Champ Nauger Les BRENETS ISASWISS began producing watch movements in the 50ies under the name : FABRIQUE D EBAUCHES de SONCEBOZ, which made mechanical watch movements. In 1980 FABRIQUE D EBAUCHES de SONCEBOZ took the turn of the quartz trend. The stop of the manufacture of mechanical movements was a few years later. As a result of various acquisitions of production units, ISA GROUP was created. The group developed mainly in the production of quartz movements 6¾ in large quantities until In 2006 ISASWISS decided to stop producing large quantities of economic movements. The group renamed to ISASWISS WATCH MECHANISMS and ISASWISS refocuses its activity on the production of complicated quartz movements with high value added and possibilities of customization.
