2 Maharam Tackable Fabrics Egan s Optional Grade A Selection Egan has a synergy progam with Maharam Fabrics to offer thousands of tackable fabrics. The grade level of the fabric determines the upcharge cost. This cost is added to the total cost of the product and options. 3 Dry-Erase Surface Options EVS Dry-Erase Surfaces EVS Write has a matte-white finish with a gloss value of 40. EVS Projection surface has a matte-white finish with a gloss value of 30. A 60 Gloss Meter was used to establish above values. The color specification for both forms of EVS is: L: a: +0.37, b: EVS Write (W) EVS Projection (P) EVS base is.005 (.127mm) white polyester Flammability passes ASTM E-84, material tested on Glass Reinforced Cement Board. Class A for most authorities having jurisdiction. Coating hardness passes 100 cycles using a 1 finger and 0000 steel wool on Crockmeter. 24-hour resistance to 29 chemicals including Acetone, Clorox wipes, Gasoline, Sharpie Permanent Marker and Red food dye. Egan Visual Surface (EVS ) is an Egan exclusive. EVS Write is a guaranteed-to-clean dry-erase markerboard surface. EVS Projection is also a highly effective projection screen and features a full 160 comfortable viewing angle (without hot spots or glare), without dimming the lights. Introduced in 2002, EVS has inspired the creation of various whiteboard and projection screen products in a variety of product and accessory offerings. EganBoard Porcelain Dry-Erase Surfaces EganBoard Porcelain on steel dry-erase writing surface has a gloss value of 65, when using a 60 Gloss Meter. The color specification is: L: 88.04, a: +0.72, b: EganBoard Porcelain PermaGrid Porcelain (PG) EganBoard Porcelain is a ceramic finish fused to light gauge steel. The off-white color improves contrast and readability in some situations. PermaGrid is a 2 ceramic graphic grid permanently fused to the porcelain surface to aid in alignment. Egan Visual Standard Colors EganSystem Track, as well as the framing and corner assemblies for all components including EganWall, are cast and extruded ABS plastic. This integral color insures the product s durability when handled or repositioned on the EganSystem Track. EganMetallic (EM) Charcoal (CL) Putty (PY) Custom Color Polymer Finish The unique tool for generating, capturing and presenting ideas. EVS is a matte-finish material, available in EVS Write or EVS Projection surface finishes and is offered on lightweight honeycomb, steel (accepts magnetic accessories) or Versa Jot and Versa 3 laminations. EVS is guaranteed to clean for ten years and offers high-performance durability. EVS Honeycomb Core Porcelain Take the EVS Test-Drive 1. Write on the EVS surface with a dry-erase marker. 2. Wait a minute, then erase. Use the amazing EganCloth for the best results it eliminates ghosting and dry-erase dust. 3. If you used a permanent marker by mistake, grab a dry-erase marker and use it to scribble directly over the permanent marking, then just wipe it clean. 4. EVS Projection also features a lowgloss surface that is ideal for projection.

4 Cork Panels Egan Tackable Cork is a natural product and variation in appearance is to be expected. The application of stain brings out the beautiful texture of natural cork and offers a unique design statement. Occasionally the stain process can bring out milling marks that do not affect the performance or color of the product. Natural Cork (NC) Fireweed Red (FR) Solar Yellow (SY) Whisper Beige (WB) Fern Green (FG) Sky Blue (SB) Charcoal Gray (CG) PowderCoated Metal The powdercoat process produces thick, durable finishes formulated to match standard Egan components. A finely milled pigment is electrically charged and applied to grounded metal components, and then cured to high temperatures. The process eliminates overspray and solvents associated with spray painting operations. Metallic (EM) Charcoal (CL) Putty (PY) Anodized Aluminum The anodizing process produces a tough durable finish with manufacturing consistency and color control that meets or exceeds world-class standards for process techniques and environmental concerns. Clear natural anodized aluminum components are standard where detailed. Clear (CA) Black (BL)

5 Wood Veneers All veneers are finished in a fast curing two component lacquer which provides a durable open-grain silk matte finish. Highest quality hand laid-up, center book matched veneers (1/64 1/32 ) and matching hardwood frames are protected by a durable, easy to maintain lacquer coating. Light Oak (LO) Medium Oak (MO) Dark Oak (DO) Black Oak (BO) Cherry (CH) Mahogany (MA) Natural Maple (MP) Walnut (WA) Etex Colors Etex coatings are solid finishes that are impregnated with polystyrene particles, creating a slight texture to hide fingerprints. This provides a very durable finish with soft edging, and eliminates objectionable seams. Smooth Etex has a durable satin finish and is virtually maintenance-free.
