3 page 3 Introduction Galtee has developed its boutique collection for the domestic and commercial furniture industries using a combination of state of the art technologies. The collection has been specially developed for flat lamination. The completed panel is produced using the latest generation of materials which allows the creation of a modern and elegant decorative product. All lamination is processed through a specialised flat lamination line in a purpose built clean room environment. General Specification Surface Material thicknesses from 0.20mm to 1.10mm. Available in panel sizes 2440mm x 1220mm and 3050mm x 1220mm (Other sizes available upon request). Standard MDF panel thicknesses from 6mm to 25mm (Other sizes available upon request). Bonded using specifically manufactured PUR adhesive. Each laminated panel receives 100% visual inspection on exiting production line. Moisture resistant and fire resistant MDF board available upon request. 4 page 4 Decogloss Acrylic Panels Standard Acrylic incorporating our Athlone, Senoplast and TopX ranges in modern colours. Acrylic surface material thicknesses from 0.80mm in Athlone, 0.70mm in Senoplast and 1.00mm in Metallic. Textured PVC on B side of panel in selected colour (Acrylic available on both sides of MDF if required). TopX Acrylic provides greater scratch resistance, with no cleaning necessary after removal of PE film and increased UV stability. All acrylic comes complete with a protective film. Available in several different colours that can offer something different to achieve that special look. EV Veneer (Engineered Veneer) EV Ebony EV Wenge EV Walnut EV Veneer is a real wood manually engineered veneer which achieves a consistent look, colour and texture of a Real Wood. Rare & Expensive woods such as Wenge, Teak, Rosewood, Ebony can be reproduced without the environmental impact. Standard Timbers are also available such as White Oak, Walnut & Cherry. These are perfect for Architectural Work such as Wall Panelling and Furniture Manufacturing.
