Shipping Unless otherwise specified, all shipments will be made by UPS. Shipping is added to the invoice (current rates apply). Methods of shipment offered: Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Select. California Overnight may be used upon request (available in California only). Packing Charges All orders will be charged a packing fee to cover shipping supplies. If applicable, an additional UPS hazardous materials (HAZMAT) fee will also be charged for each hazardous package. Damaged Merchandise It is the customer s responsibility to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. Should there be damage, report it to the carrier (i.e. UPS or California Overnight). Additionally, you must contact Atlas and report any problems immediately. Claims not made within 5 days of receipt of shipment will not be honored by Atlas International. Returns It is our policy to require prior authorization for all returns. Our Customer Service Department will issue you a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) for the good(s) you are returning. All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
