1 CO-HOST PROPOSAL THE 15 TH INTERNATIONAL ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM ON MANAGEMENT THE UNIVERSITY OF SURABAYA; FACULTY OF BUSINESS & ECONOMICS; DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT A. OVERVIEW The University of Surabaya, Faculty of Business and Economics, Department of Management in collaboration with Burapha University Thailand invite scholars, practitioners/businessmen and students to participate in the 15 th International Symposium on Management (INSYMA) that will be held on March 1 st 2018 at Tao-Tong Hotel, 169 Long- Hard Bangsan Road. Tambon Saensuk, Amphur Muang Chonburi 20131, Thailand. Conceptual age was chosen as the 15th INSYMA major theme. As we know, the world now has entered the era of conceptual, where current economic demand requires skilled workers in areas guided by the right hemisphere of the brain including: Design, Story, Symphony, Empathy, Play and Meaning. People tend to emphasize on intangible aspects such as good atmosphere, experience and so on. This leads to great opportunity to combine art with many fields. Consumer not only seeks for utility, but also experience, friendly atmosphere and beautiful scene. We believe there are a lot of opportunities for research and discussion in conceptual age. We indeed invite issues of ethics and morality affecting socio-business systems. B. OBJECTIVES 1. As sharing forum for academics and practitioners in dealing with the business world and industry in Indonesia and Asia; 2. As a means of scientific development for academics and practitioners in the management field; 3. Networking among universities for organizing an international symposium as one of the assessment points under the Indonesian National Accreditation Board-Higher Education (BAN-PT) accreditation.

3 E. CO-HOST PACKAGE Herewith, we would like to offer your fine institution to be the 15 th INSYMA co-host. There are several package options available as the co-host with each package offers different benefits as the followings: 1. Platinum Package: For the Platinum package, the Co-Host needs to contribute Rp. 15,000,000,- (Fifteen Million Rupiah), with the following benefits: a. Free submission fee (for 3 presenters), excludes accommodation and airfare ticket; b. The Co-Host logo will be placed on: i. Main Backdrop at the plenary hall; ii. INSYMA website ( iii. Standing Banner at the plenary hall entrance; iv. Proceeding book. c. The Co-Host s institution name will be announced (adlips) during the event; d. The Co-Host brochures can be distributed during the event; e. The 15th INSYMA s partnership certificate as Co-Host; f. Participation on networking session (up to 3 persons). 2. Gold Package: For the Gold package, the Co-Host needs to contribute Rp. 10,000,000,- (Ten Million Rupiah), with the following benefits: a. Free submission fee (for 2 presenters), excludes accommodation and airfare ticket; b. The Co-Host logo will be placed on: i. Main Backdrop at the plenary hall; ii. Standing Banner at the plenary hall entrance. c. The Co-Host s institution name will be announced (adlips) during the event; d. The 15th INSYMA s partnership certificate as Co-Host; e. Participation on networking session (up to 2 persons). 3. Silver Package: For the Silver package, the Co-Host needs to contribute Rp. 5,000,000,- (Five Million Rupiah), with the following benefits: a. Free submission fee (for 1 presenter), excludes accommodation and airfare ticket; b. The Co-Host logo will be placed on Standing Banner at the plenary hall entrance;
