Flexibility- MOC Minimise brownfield engineering After COP all Hi-Po rigging/lifting incidents. No H/C related. Genuine, constructive relationship with contractors Dedicated project team but strong alignment with functions Diverse- SHE, schedule, cost focused - project team Constant cost challenge on everything push for technical limit Make it fun attract talent 13
