1 BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF OILMAN Oilman provides equipment and services in support of well construction activities worldwide. Our primary focus is in the supply of rig packages to the international drilling industry, although we support drilling contractors and operators alike through the supply of equipment, spares and consumables for rigs and wells. The majority of equipment we provide is Chinese made but Western designed, however in our rig packages we combine the best of both Chinese and Western made equipment. Oilman has a long track record of supplying select Chinese equipment to the international oil and gas industry. Oilman Rig Company Ltd has been instrumental in raising the quality of oilfield equipment manufacturing in China over the last few years. Oilman supplied fifteen 2000HP and numerous smaller rig packages to the international drilling market in the last few years, we utilise only the most capable and highest quality manufacturers of equipment such as BOMCO, ZPEB, RG, SJPETRO, RT, RS, DP-MASTER, SANYI, GAOFENG, SHUANGJIA in China and Caterpillar, and MD/TOTCO from the USA in our rig assembly programs. Working with independent product inspection service providers such as RSI and Moduspec, we strive to ensure the rig packages and major equipment components supplied by Oilman meet or exceed the required industry standards. Mr. James Zhou, as the founder of Oilman Group Ltd, provides essential insight to Chinese oil and gas equipment and manufacturers, as well as many years of experience supplying the International oil and gas industry. Oilman can provide solutions for the supply, start-up and operations support for all rig sizes, from mobile 500hp Workover rigs to deep 3000hp rigs for extreme drilling environments. Our rig package solutions include the full rig equipment set, down hole tubular and tools, tubular handling tools, operations and maintenance tools, fully outfitted workshops, outfitted warehouse with initial inventory of spares and consumables, rolling stock such as cranes and loaders, and camps. The final composition of our rig packages are of course specified and agreed in close co-operation with our Customers. 1
