2 What is FACTORIG? Fact-O-Rig is a trademark of Dietswell S.A. that identifies our Rig Inspection and HSE Auditing services. Inspections focus on equipment conditions and specifications Audits focus on HSE management systems and onsite implementation Our clients are O&G Operators and Drilling Contractors. The purpose of an inspection and/or audit is to eliminate immediate operational risks and minimize future hazards to our client s drilling projects. Services are delivered by Inspectors (Mechanics and Electricians) and Auditors (QHSE specialists) with operational experience, using dedicated Fact-O-Rig software and methodologies.

5 Our dedicated Rig Inspection Software tool has several advantages including: Inspection Software Customized Methods Inspection check lists and projects are built into the server according to the client s requirements Daily Reporting Inspectors in the field feed the server with the requested information Risk Mitigation The information provided by inspectors in the field provide risk assessments and proposes immediate corrective actions Extranet Access Regular synchronisation and extranet access allow the FACTORIG HQ to provide additional analysis to the field work, and client to follow work progress in realtime.
