2 about us Marketex Offshore Constructions is a solely owned company operating as a separate identity within the BLRT Grupp, which is one of the largest industrial holdings in the Baltic Sea region. The holding unites 54 subsidiaries and 3 joint ventures in 7 countries and employs more than 4000 specialists. We are located in Tallinn, Estonia. Our core competence is providing turnkey solutions for Offshore Oil & Gas industry. We also have experience in yard stay and modification projects.
