The ime consan of his signal can be separaely adjused for he upwards and downwards direcion by means of wo poeniomeers. The specified ramp ime refers o a command value sep of 00 % and may be approx. s or 5 s, depending on he seing by means of a DIL swich ). The amplifier card may only be assembled when de-energized. No connecors wih free-wheeling diodes or LED displays mus be used for solenoid connecion. Only carry ou measuremens a he card using insrumens R i > 00 kω. Measuremen zero (M0) is increased by +9 V compared o 0 V operaing volage and no isolaed, i.e. 9 V regulaed volage 0 V operaing volage. Thus, do no connec measuremen zero (M0) o 0 V operaing volage. For swiching command values, relays wih gold-plaed conacs have o be used (low volages, low currens). Always shield command value lines, connec shielding o earh on he card-side, oher side open. The card has o be conneced o he earh via erminal or 8. If no sysem earh exiss, connec 0 V operaing volage. Measuremen of conacs (ac) agains 8(ac). Fuse on he card fauly? 3. Inernal ±9 V operaing volage available on he card?. If he inernal command value poeniomeers are used, is he bridge from 0(ac) o (ac) available? 5. Is he exernal poeniomeer correcly conneced?. Is he differenial inpu correcly conneced? Conrol: Reference poenial o 30(ac) 0 o +0 V o 8(ac). Is he solenoid correcly conneced? If he card is removed, a resisance of approx. 0 Ω o 30 Ω or 5 Ω o 8 Ω has o be measurable beween conacs ac and 0ac depending on he valve ype. The amendmen of he connecion designaions in brackes only applies o ype VT-VSPA-. Noice: The oupu sage swiches off a overemperaure (e.g. due o overload). This error is displayed by he "H" LED going ou. In case of cable break of inpu " o 0 ma", he "ready for operaion" signal is rese and he "H" LED will go ou, as well. The following applies from componen series : In case of shor-circui or cable break of he solenoid conducor, he ready for operaion oupu will clock and he "H" LED will flash wih a frequency of 0.5 o Hz as soon as he command value is simulaneously > %.
