Locate the four supplied roll cage clamps, four rubber gaskets and eight allen cap screws and loosely install them on the front window posts approximately 4 up from the joint in the cage and 17 up as shown in image #1. Two clamps will be installed on each side. Leave them loose enough that you can slide them up and down. Image 1 Approx 17 Approx 4 2. Lay the window down on a flat clean surface and install the supplied rubber flap seal along the bottom edge. Prior to installing, pinching the trim together may be required in order to achieve a tight fit on the metal window frame. See images 2 & 3. Image 2 Image 3 Rubber Flap Seal

4 3. The Tusk full glass windshield may be installed with or without the Polaris OEM front visor. See Image #4. At this time you will need to decide if you want to use it or not. OEM Visor Image #4 4. If you have chosen to use the OEM visor you will need to install the 1/4 x 1/2 Foam tape on the upper edge of the window as shown in the image below. Skip this step if you chose not to use the OEM visor. Install foam tape here

5 4. Installing without OEM front visor: Locate the (4) M8 x 1.25 x 16mm button head bolts and with a helper install the Tusk full glass windshield on the machine. Tighten only finger tight at this time. Adjust window up, down left and right to achieve optimal desired fit. This will require that you adjust the clamps up or down on the roll cage. It is best that the window does not have a substantially amount of weight bearing on the hood, allow the roll cage clamps to bear the weight. Tighten all bolts when the desired fit is achieved. 5. Next remove the (4) plastic plugs from the top edge of the window and set aside, these will not be used when installing without the OEM visor. Remove plastic plugs Install (4) M8 button headbolts & flat washers

6 6. Locate the supplied upper filler panel, M6 x 1.0 x 20mm bolts, M6 nylocs and vinyl dipped p- clamps. 7. Install the filler panel behind the front windshield as shown in the images below. Tighten all hardware finger tight. Make final adjustments to window and filler panel and tighten all hardware. Filler Panel M6 bolt, nyloc &vinyl dipped p clamp M6 bolt and nyloc

7 8. Installing with OEM front visor: Install the OEM visor on your machine. 9. Locate the (4) M8 x 1.25 x 16mm button head bolts and with a helper install the Tusk full glass windshield on the machine. Tighten only finger tight at this time. Adjust window up, down left and right to achieve optimal desired fit. This will require that you adjust the clamps up or down on the roll cage. It is best that the window does not have a substantially amount of weight bearing on the hood, allow the roll cage clamps to bear the weight. Tighten all bolts when the desired fit is achieved. Install (4) M8 button head bolts & flat washers 10. Locate the (5) supplied bumps stops. When your vent door is in the open position it will rest on the dash. Identify the locations on the vent door that will come in contact with the dash and install two of the bumps stops in that location. You are supplied with (3) extras. 11. Enjoy the comfort of your new Tusk windshield!
