ICAT is nowadays one of the main European firms producing adhesives for industrial use and its network of agents/distributors is wide spread all over the world. ICAT has inherited the huge experience of the Italian fine chemical industry, from which the firm derives an added value from a technological viewpoint. The plants and the technological means of the firm are able to offer innovative products and meet all the needs of the market. Apart from the continuous improvement if its quality standards and services to the customers, the achievements of ICAT are essentially based on the continuous updating of the characteristics of its adhesives, which are designed to meet the technological development of the supports that are to be glued, as well as the development of the equipment used in various industrial applications.

Since 2011 the firm has been getting the necessary electric power from a photovoltaic plant composed of 3200 solar panels for a power of 750 KW.

In fact, our products always follow the technological evolution of the substrates to be bonded and uses, for the different industrial applications. The following is a presentation of our products: ICAMELT WORLDMELT ICAVIL ICADEX ICAGEL ICAPUR Hotmelt adhesives in granulate, zero packaging, drums and silicone coated paper. Latest generation of hotmelt. Synthetic dispersion adhesives. Vegetable glues (starch, dextrin and casein based). Animal glue in blocks or powder. Polyurethane glue in aqueous dispersion or solvent-free.
