LIMITED WARRANTY Dorel Asia warrants its product to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect. This warranty covers 1 year from the date of original purchase. This warranty is valid only upon presentation of proof of purchase. This is solely limited to the repair or replacement of defective furniture components and no assembly labor is included. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly assembled, subjected to misuse or abuse or which has been altered or repaired in any way. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. 5 FULL/QUEEN WOOD HEADBOARD STEP 1 Insert stoppers (5) into the holes of top cross rail (D) as shown. Insert wide headboard slat (F) and narrow headboard slats (G) into the holes of center cross rail (D). Push headboard slats (F & G) into the holes of top cross rail (D) to secure them in place. 3

6 STEP 2 FULL/QUEEN WOOD HEADBOARD Insert metal dowels (2) into the ends of cylinder (C). Insert wood dowels (3) into the ends of top & center cross rails (D) and bottom cross rail (E). Attach rails (D & E) and cylinder (C) to left headboard post (A) and secure using bolts(1). Use hex key (4) to tighten the bolts (1). 4

7 FULL/QUEEN WOOD HEADBOARD STEP 3 Attach right headboard post (B) to cylinder (C) and rails (D & E) using bolts (1). Use hex key (4) to tighten the joint connectors (1). You finished assembling your headboard. 5

8 FULL/QUEEN WOOD HEADBOARD 1/4" x 100mm NOTE: THE 1/4" BED x FRAME 100mm IS NOT INCLUDED JOINT CONNECTOR AND MUST (4mm HEX BE PURCHASED 3mm HEAD) x 32mm JOINT SEPARATELY. CONNECTOR THE (4mm BELOW HEX ILLUSTRATION HEAD) IS FOR REFERENCE METAL ONLY. DOWEL 2 PCS * This headboard has mulitple mounting holes to accommodate the various styles of bedframes available in the retail market. * Please refer to the following illustrations to properly attach the bed frame to the headboard. 10mm x 50mm FULL SIZE BED ASSEMBLY: 10mm x 50mm To use the headboard as a full size bed, attached the bed frame (not included) to the inner posts of HEX KEY the headboard using bolts 6 (6), PCS washers (9), and locknuts (8). Use hex key (4) to install bolts (6) and open-end wrench (7) HEADBOARD to tighten locknuts ASSEMBLY (8).
