Welding Equipment Trolley for Transmig 200i and 250i General Information Part Number: W Assembly Instructions The Cigweld Professional Welding Equipment Trolley is specifically designed for the Transmig 200i and Transmig 250i to allow easy transport for the power source, wire feeder, gas cylinder*, welding torch and various accessories. These instructions will guide you through the proper assembly procedure of the trolley. *Maximum Gas Cylinder 1500mm high x 232mm diameter (G size). Recommended Tools Open-ended spanner 8mm-10mm, 12mm- 14mm (actual size may vary) Power Source MUST be mounted onto base box before mounting wire feeder to handle assembly.! 4 A. Assemble the Trolley Base 1. Attach the Base Box (Item 4) to the Back Assembly (Item 2), with Hook A hitching Slot A and Hook B hitching Slot B. At this time, Interface B is on the top of Interface A. Refer to Figure Align the 3 Threaded holes on the Base Box with the 3 Holes on the Back Assembly. Fasten the Back Assembly and the Base Box with the 3 Bolts. 5 B. Mount Power Source to Trolley WELDING EQUIPMENT TROLLEY ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Open the wirefeeder compartment door so you can see 3 holes that need to align with the 3 threaded holes in the Base Box (Item 4). 2. Carefully lift the power source and from the rear place it onto the base panel, with two sides paralleling with the Guide Plates. Slide the power source backward until it touches the Back Bafflers. Pay attention that the 3 threaded holes align with the holes in the bottom of the power source. 3. Thread 3 Hexagon Bolts into each hole and tighten with the torque force described above in Supplied Parts section. NOTE Pay attention to Bolts used here. For Transmig 250i, we use the Hexagon Bolt with Flange M6 x 25 (Item 7). For Transmig 200i, we should use the Hexagon Bolt with Flange M6 x 35 (Item 8). Back Baffler Base Panel 3 Bolts 3 Threaded Holes Guide Plates 3 Holes Unplug power source before mounting to trolley. Refer to Figure 4 followed. Art # A Figure 4: Mounting Power Source to Trolley 4. Remove the Screw from the top cover of the Power Source as shown in Figure 5. Keep this screw as it will be reinstalled later in Section C3. Specification of the Screw is M6 x 12mm. 6 C. Attach Handle Assembly (Item 5) to Trolley 1. Attach the Handle Assembly to the top of Power Source with Hook A hitching Groove of the front panel and Interface B stuck between the brackets of the Back Assembly (Item 2). Align the two holes of the Handle Assembly, interface B, with the two holes in the Back Assembly, interface A. Refer to Figure 6. Interface A 2. Use 2 bolts to fasten the Handle Assembly and the Back Assembly as shown in Figure 7. 7 3. Reinstall the Screw (taken out in Section B4) through the Handle Assembly into the top cover of the Power Source. Tighten the screw to secure the Power Source to the trolley. D. Place the Rubber Mat Place the Rubber Mat (Item 6) onto the panel of the Handle Assembly (Item 5) as shown in Figure 10. Tighten the Bolts to tightly connect the Back Assembly and the Handle Assembly. Bolts used here are: Hexagon Bolts M8 x 20 (Item 9) See Figure below. 8 E. Locating the Organiser Box Install the Organiser Box (Item 3) into one of the drawers of the Base Box (Item 4). The Organiser Box needs to face up so it will not fall out from the drawer while moving as shown in Figure 11. F. Install Chain 1. Insert one end of the chain through the chain hole on the left side of the Back Assembly (Item 2) and secure it by turning and sliding the second link into the slot (top hole is shown). 2. Wrap the chain around the Gas Cylinder and pull the other end through the chain hole on the right side of the Back Assembly (Item 2). 3. Pull the chain as tight as it will go and secure it by turning and sliding the closest link into the slot. Refer to Figure 12.
