6 30V 5 Axis Gantry Mill Able to move 120 x 60 x 23 and having A 5th axis allows the 30V to machine large complicated Aerospace parts.

7 Just finished being milled, a large thin walled panel to be assembled on the Northrop Grumman Global Hawk. Here is the same panel finished and ready to ship. Quantum Q-2000 VS High Speed Machining Center. With 12,000 RPM, we can produce our customers product more accurately and at a faster rate of time

8 CNC Lathes & Turning High production turning, (from our CNC lathe department) We can turn parts ranging from.020 in size to 30.0 in diameter, Haas Lathe HL4 Okuma Cadet Lathe Okuma Howa Lathe

9 Conventional Milling & Turning One of our many skilled machinist, turning a tight tolerance fitting on a conventional lathe.

10 Vertical Milling Centers One of our dedicated employees, keeping a watchful eye on your parts in their machine. This vertical milling machine is milling a titanium panel for the commercial aerospace industry

11 4 & 5 Axis Horizontal CNC Mills KT5, Machining an exhaust duct that will go on a space shuttle for NASA. A part being milled on one of our 4 axis horizontal mills.

12 VTL Tracer and CNC Department We have a large turning capacity of up to 8 feet in diameter.

13 Assembly These strut components are awaiting final assembly. These struts will be used to launch a target off a US aircraft carrier.

14 Crating Department Incorporated as King s Crating; Reyes Machining has our own internal crating department. We can meet you shipping needs and ensure that your products are shipped securely and safely without damage. We can manufacture crates to meet your specifications.
