17 SIZING MACHINE TECHNICAL PARAMETERS. Multi Cylinder Sizing Systems for all Counts and Blends of Natural and Man Made fiber and also special machines suitable for Terry Towel, Denim and Jute. Each Model has it s own configuration and features tailor made to meet each customer s requirements. However the machine generally consists of: Creel: Zig Zag or vertical with adjustable mechanical/automatic pneumatic control. Beam Unwinding System: Suitable for Sectional Warp Beam for Beam to Beam Sizing with Pneumatic controls. Size Boxes: Different models of Size boxes in Single Sow Box or Double Sow Box configurations. Size Boxes available are with Standard Squeezing/Wet Squeeze with normal pressure/high pressure. Multi Cylinder Drying System: Configuration of 2 cylinders (synchro-2) or 4 cylinders.(synchro - 4) and Wet Splitting arrangement. Winding Head Stock : Suitable for maximum weaver s beam width of 3600 mm and 1000 mm / 1250 mm /1400mm flange diameter and speeds of 80 to 100 mts / min (mechanical) as well as Accessories for above machines.
