Groku Kampen B.V. has been a producer and supplier of professional kitchens and serving buffet systems since The organisation works with the unique combination of interior design and customised stainless steel and HPL plates. This allows us to tailor-make all of our products and suit your needs perfectly. Through our extensive dealer network we supply a vast range of products, including: canteen interiors, kitchen islands, buffet lines, SS workbenches and sinks, wall coolers, heating and cooker ranges. We have gathered years of experience as an ISO 9001, F-gases, and FSC certified company. In addition to the right expertise and attention to each specific wish, we also provide an exceptionally fast execution. Ensuring your company is ready for tomorrow! Team An enthusiastic team of around 60 people are ready to realise each product to your wishes and needs. The team consists of Engineers, planners, CNC-operators, mechanics, welders and electric engineers. Pagina 2

3 2 OUR EQUIPMENT Our machines have been equipped with the right hardware and custom software in order to quickly and meticulously meet special demands and custom products. One of the excellent machines we have is a robot which can weld sinks fully automated as well as allowing us to weld small series of products and even more complex products. With our press we can create a custom curve in water retaining edges, something which is entirely impossible with conventional techniques. By combining the production of furniture and buffet lines with tailor made interiors we fuse these two worlds. This creates a range of technical possibilities to provide your product with a unique look. Pagina 3

4 Machinery A limited view on our extensive range of equipment: Robotinstallation With a robotic laser installation we are able to weld sinks and more into worktops. The high quality installation ensures a steady and precisely controlled weld. Unique setup for smaller series: The robot has been set up in a 7 9 metre cell, which currently makes it the largest cell in the Netherlands. With this 8 axis setup: a 6 axis robot with a synchronised moving rotating/tilting table, we can also weld your products in our cell. CNC laser cutting machine With our CNC laser cutting machine we can cut just about anything. The machine has 2 tables and can process stainless steel plates of up to 4 metres in length and 6mm thick. In an automated process the necessary parts are cut straight from AutoCad, without the need for other software. This speeds up the process and allows us to keep all drawings in one central location. CNC Woodworkingstation In addition to a CNC laser cutting machine we also have a CNC woodworking station, or milling machine. This machine has a long 7 metre table on which we can process plates of over 3 metres. The machine features a tool changer and a drilling module, allowing us to drill and mill complete plates fully automated. Pagina 4

5 Press A press especially developed for Groku Kampen B.V. which is able to press plate material into any shape. This press is used to create a water retaining edge in worktops. Thanks to the unique pressing method we can create an edge for any length of worktop. This method uses moulds which can be combined to create a large worktop area next to the sink area, or if you prefer a large sink area next to a smaller worktop area. Edgebander Also part of the Groku Kampen B.V machinery is an edgebander for the fully automated gluing and finemilling any type of edge. Partially thanks to this machine the interior production can be fully integrated in our production process, allowing us to offer a unique combination of furniture and buffet line production and interior production. Showroom In our showroom we display a selection of the possibilities. Because we can only display so much you can always view our portfolios with pictures of previously completed projects. The showroom and pictures will give you insight into the design and our capacity. Feel free to inquire about the opportunities you haven t seen yet. 6 Departments The realisation of Groku Kampen B.V products is done by our multidisciplinary team: calculations, planning, engineering, composing, welding, installation, logistics and warehouse, department for woodworking and mould creation, sawing, gluing, department for refrigeration technology, department for interior production, department for electrical engineering, automation and IT. 7 3 PRODUCTS We produce our products in a pro-active and versatile manner. Feel free to inquire about the possibilities if you have an idea. Some examples:backlit panels You can create a back light behind a logo or another picture. As an example you can see the illuminated crushed ice container featuring the Arag logo. Complex constructions We have extensive knowledge when it comes to creating and constructing complex plate realisations. This open structured football has been created from only a few parts. Powder coating We can apply any colour to a product by means of powder coating. The stainless steel is treated with a coating. Special types of glass For instance, one-way glass allows you to only look through from one side of the glass. From the other side the glass acts like a mirror. Transparent foil In order to provide a harmonised monochromatic result we can use coloured transparent foil on the glass elements, allowing the element to blend into the final design. Pressing In this product a free form has been pressed from a 1.25mm SS plate. We can of course press a free form out of various sheet thickness. Etching We can lightly etch the stainless steel. Some examples of our products: Refrigeration Refrigerated display cases Refrigerated display case custom build with temperature 6 C. 8 Wall refrigerator Build-inn wall refrigerator. We produce stainless steel wall refrigerators in different dimensions from 1000mm till 2400mm. Some options: - Powder coating interior in any RAL color - Shelving stainless or glass - LED lighting - Electrical night cover Refrigerated well For the presentation op salads, smooty s, cakes and topping we have build in refrigerated well s in different GN dimensions (2/1 GN till 5/1 GN) Warm presentation Bain marie units for holding warm your prepared food. Sizes from 1/1 GN 4/1 GN with waterheating or air heating. Ceramic heating plates for presentation of prepared foods Above the bain-marie en heating plates we can provide a hot showcase with 500Watt IR lamps Pagina 8
