1 BOQ FOR INTERIOR & FURNISHING WORKS FOR STATE BANK OF INDIA BRANCH S.NO DESCRIPTION FLOORING / WALL TILES WORKS 74, JANPATH 1 Vitrified tile flooring SQM 10 Providing and replace broken Vitrified Tiles same as existing vitrified tiles quality, thickness and shade for flooring and skirting in hall over existing flooring, with adhesive as per manufacturers specifications. Work done with direction of the bank. TOTAL FLOORING WORKS FALSE CEILING 1 Gypsum Board SQM 10 Providing and fixing in position Gypsum Board False Ceiling as per manufacturer's specifications and instructions of architect at desired height with 12.5 mm thick 'Gypboard' screw-fixed to the underside of suspended G.I. grid. G.I. grid should be constructed and suspended from the main ceiling as per manufacturer's instructions and as per specifications using original co. specified framework sections G.I.24 gauge The Gypboard should be fixed to G.I. grid with 25 mm long drawali screws. The `Gypboard ' to be used should be 12.5mm thick tapered edge boards. The boards should be taped and filled from underside to give smooth, seamless ceiling. The rate should include necessary additional ceiling sections and intermediate channels and openings for light fixtures, A.C. ducts, vertical drops, offsets. etc complete. Additional Intermediate channels should be fixed to strap hangers for additional support to prevent strap hangers from buckling/swaying at every 1200 mm bothways. Item to be completed in all respect including necessary sleeves for ducts and finishing of joints cut outs supports for A.C. grills, light fixtures, speakers etc complete including painting matching with existing colour complete to the stisfaction of Architect / Bank's Engineer. Item also including modification with existing false ceiling gypsum / pop false ceiling for which payment shall be made to new ceiling area Item includes cove lights in false ceiling as per drawings & instructions & finishing smooth with three coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved quality. Make: Gypusm board-india Gypsum. 2 Providing and fixing rectangular shape 50mm thick MDF board suspended of SS wires to appropriate level. MDF board to be finished all around with PU of white shade/as approved. SQM 9 1

2 3 Providing and fixing False Ceiling with Mineral Fibre SQM 5 Acoustic Ceiling Tiles of Armstrong/ USG/ Boral with MICROLOOK edges and having noise reduction properties laid on exposed grid system with 15mm wide Silhouette type T-section flanges of white colour, main runners spaced at 1200 mm c/c securely fixed to the soffit of structure with approved hangers at 1200 mm maximum c/c. Flush fitting 1200 mm crossed tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm c/c to form 1200 x 600 modules mm cross tees to be crimped. 600 x 600 module to be formed by fixing 600 mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200 cross tees. Ceiling tiles of Dune Premier of size 600 x 600 x 15 mm (thk.) to be placed in the grid. Rate to include making necessary cut-outs or openings for light fixtures, air conditioners and other utilities etc. complete to the satisfaction of Architect/ Bank's Engineer. TOTAL FALSE CEILING WORKS 1 PARTITION Providing and fixing partition out of 45mm/70mm GI 600 mm c/c in both directions with 12mm thk MDF board on both sides 1 Both Side Laminate Partition (i) Laminates on both sides over 12mm thk MDF surface shall be with 1.0 mm thick Laminate of approved quality and shade fixed by means of applying glue and pressing etc complete with grooves as per design and instructions etc. complete to the satisfaction of Architect / Bank's Engineer. SQM 33 (ii) high gloss PU paint on one sides over 12mm thk MDF surface with grooves as per design and instructions etc. complete to the satisfaction of Architect / Bank's Engineer. SQM 8 Finishing all wood surfaces with PU matt polish as per standard practices and specification complete. Note:. All partition frame work shall be fixed to beam / slab soffit. Measurement shall be paid upto finished partition level only. 2 12mm thk toughened glass and door with SS frame Providing & fixing 12mm thick toughened glass fixed glazing and openable doors with Aluminium frame all around of approved profile. Note:(i) Rate to include all necessary supports, silicon sealants as per details. (ii) Measurements shall be recorded upto finished false ceiling level. (iii) Item shall be inclusive of all door hardware, floor spring, handles, locks, patch fittings, of Ozone make, etc complete.to the satisfaction of Architect / Bank's Engineer. SQM 65 Finishing all wood surfaces with PU matt polish as per standard practices and specification complete. 4 Flush Door Providing & fixing Ivory Coast Teak wood frame shall be of size 50x75mm including making rebate for shutters, including 35 mm thk. door shutter (thickness excluding finishing) with1.0mm thick laminate on both sides and with 8mm glass as per design. The edges shall be finished with 12mm thick teakwood lipping including locks, hinges, handle, stopper, door closer etc. complete. (i) Size : 3'-0" x 7'-0" Nos 2 (i) Size : 2'-6" x 7'-0" Nos 2 TOTAL PARTITION WORKS 1 PANELLING WORKS (i) Providing & fixing Panelling consisting of: Frame work with 45 x 25 mm GI 600 mm c/c in both directions with 12mm thk MDF board fixing on frame (ii) (iii) Fixing 4 mm thick MDF with grooves as per drawings and design. Lamination on over MDF surface shall be with 1.0 mm thick laminate of approved quality and shade fixed by means of applying glue and pressing etc complete with grooves as per design and instructions etc. complete to the satisfaction of Architect / Bank's Engineer. SQM 80 (iv) As per above specification panelling item no 5(i)(ii) of panelling finish with high gloss paint as per the instruction of Architect and Bank's Engineer. SQM 25 3

4 Finishing all wood surfaces with PU polish as per standard practices and specifications etc. complete to the satisfaction of Architect / Bank's Engineer. (V) Providing & fixing Panelling (Veneer) with frame work with 45 x 25 mm GI sections (India 600 mm c/c in both directions, finished with 8mm thk. commercial ply. The ply to be covered with 4.0 mm thick veneer of approved shade & texture. Paneling to have 50x35mm teak wood moulding on edges. Panelling to have 100 mm high teak wood DUCO painted Blue/Teak/Metallic/Veneer band at skirting including moulding and provision of extra frame work as necessary for skirting and making cutouts for electrical switch plates, switch boxes, light fittings light etc. making provision for laying conduits as per drawings & directions etc. complete to the satisfaction of the Architect /Bank's Engineer. (Base Price of 4 mm thick veneer to be used to be Rs. 140/ sq.ft.) SQM 25 2 Lacquered Glass SQM 50 As per above specification item no 5(i)(ii) 12mm thk lacquered glass fixing on MDF with adhesive as per design & pattern approved by Architect / Bank's Engineer. TOTAL PANELLING WORKS MISCELLANEOUS WORKS 1 Wall paper SQM 20 Providing & fixing wall paper on wall / partiton as per approval of Architect & Bank Engineer. Wall paper baisc rate : Rs 150/- 2 Providing & applying Texture Paint (Okios/ Dulux/ Asian) in two or more shades as approved by Bank with roller & spray, after preparing the base for the same as per manufacturer's specifcations etc. complete to the satisfaction of Architect/Bank's Engineer. (Base Price of texture paint to be used to be Rs. 60/ sq.ft.). SQM 50 3 Plastic Emulsion SQM 60 Painting walls with Emulsion paint of (two or more coats) over a coat of primer of approved make and as per manufacturers specifications to give an even shade. 4 Louver Shutter for electrical panel SQM 10 Providing & fixing Shutter Boxing for rolling shutter made 19mm thick commerical board finished with 1.0mm thick laminate including hinged cover as per approval of Architect / Bank's Engineer. 5 Roller Blinds SQM 30 Providing & roller blinds as per Architect & Bank Engineer approval. 4

5 6 Supply, fabrication and installation of corian Dupont/luxor durlax equilent 12 mm thick applied on table,wall, logo etc. the egde of joint should be straight, smooth, and clean.as per direction of Bank's engineer. TOTAL MISCELLANEOUS WORKS SQM 20 FURNITURE 1 BM TABLE Providing and placing Table as per drawing made of 19mm thick commercial board. Table top to be of 25mm thick commercial board finished with high gloss laminate. Table to be provided with storage cabinet with drawers made of 19mm thick commercial board front side and back faces & drawer, bottom with 6mm thick commercial ply. A foot rest made of 19mm thk block board (box type) to be fixed, including Cable manager, locks Godrej/Clik multi (Multipurpose) lock and SS handle,telescopic slides for drawers, matallic computer key board tray (hettich) with retractable mouse pad,mobile CPU trolley (ebco),etc. all complete to be satisfaction of Architect / Bank's Engineer. All interior to be finished with 0.8mm thk laminate. All exposed wood work / ply wood to be PU matt polish as per specification to approved colour. Table finishes as per drawing. On customer side fascia of as per drawing. The working top must be at 2 6 ht from the floor with 1mm thick laminate top slab of approved shade. First drawer to be provided with inner partitons made of 9mm thick ply for currency (as per Bank's requirement). The table to be provided platform type of foot rest of size 450mm x 600mm. including auto locks, handles, telescopic slides for drawers, computer key board tray (tray with 250mm extension), with retractable mouse pad, mobile CPU trolley etc. all complete to the satisfaction of Architect & Bank's Engineer. All exposed wood work / ply wood to be melamine polished as per specification to approved colour. Table to have provision for cable manager etc complete. On customer side fascia of as per specifications. Item to include fixing of 12mm thk fixed to toughened glass over the table top with SS hardware & side partition. All the exposed surfaces to be covered with 1 mm thick laminate. All inside/ hidden surfaces/ drawers must be finished with 0.8 mm thick white laminate. All the corners/ edges of plywood and block board to be protected with laminate/plastics beads. complete in all respect. (side partition not included in the rate and paid separately in item of low height partition). 3 Server Table (4'-6" x 2'-0") RM 2 Providing and placing Server Table 2'-0" wide, made of 19mm thick commercial board finished with laminate of approved shade. Table top to be of 25mm thick commercial board finished with lamianted. Table to be provided with storage cabinet with drawers made of 19mm thick commercial board front side and back faces & drawer bottom with 6mm thick commercial ply. The storage all exposed surface shall be finished with 1mm thk laminate as per specifications with brass oxidised hinges, tower bolts, ballcatches lock, handle (3" SS handle) etc.all inside/ hidden surfaces/ drawers must be finished with 0.8 mm thick white laminate. All the corners/ edges of plywood and block board to be protected with laminate/plastics beads complete in all respects as per drawing & instructions of Architect / Bank's Engineer. 10 Providing and fixing in position storage with shelves & made shutters of 19 mm thick commercial ply. The storage shall be finished externally with 1.0 mm thk laminate of approved shade & internaly finished in 1.0mm thick laminate or paint with brass oxidised hinges, tower bolts, ballcatches lock, handle (3" SS handle) etc. complete in all respects as per drawing & instructions of Architect / Bank's Engineer. (i) Below the Counter : 450mm deep Storage.
