2 Welcome to Bristol Anime & Gaming Con! We round off 2018 with an epic lineup of events and guests! We have stage events, cosplay, parties, roleplaying, board gaming, video gaming and much more! Of course let's not forget our Anime Zone which shall show anime courtesy of MVM Entertainment & Crunchyroll. Expect a wide range of anime merch, DVDs & more. We will also have top talks on everything from gaming to anime to cosplay and comics! We continue to be the home of UK Cosplay, with some of the best UK cosplayers guesting at the event. The convention is filled with hours of cosplay content from talks, panels and workshops! Make sure to check out the cosplay and arts talks area upstairs! We also encourage you to participate in our Sunday cosplay masquerade with the winner receiving a 100 cash prize! But let's not forget the Gaming Tournaments! Fame will be assured to each winner as they get a a pair of tickets to the next Bristol Anime & Gaming Con! Finally, make sure to pick a clan in the war of the Space Pirates v Mecha Marines! Main Stage Event Signups Take place at the desk next to the stairs down by stage. Tournament Signups are in the gaming room. Fakes If any product looks fake or bootleg them please report this to a member of staff Talks & Events note there's a 5 minute interval between all events for changeover Printed Conbadge (supporting member) or a T-Shirt, are available for collection at the AL merchandise desk upstairs from 11am to 6pm. Stage Event Participation If you're in an stage event, please report in to the stage desk half an hour BEFORE hand to be briefed/sorted. Clan Badges Make sure to pick up your clanbadge from the merch desk! Luggage dropped off upstairs at the merch desk, 1 an item Big Geek Raffle 1 per ticket get these at the mech desk 8pm Onward Is 18+ Only for the evening parties.

3 Ground Floor Zones - Reception/Registrations This area is where you can ask questions/help at the registrations desk and check out the clan scoreboard. - Cosplay Photography & Chillout Cosplayers come and chillout, grab a seat and be a part of the cosplay community. - Stage Go downstairs to the basement below the bar, where there is a variety of talks & events as well as karaoke & parties later on. See the timetable for more information. Come here to signup for events including; Cosplay Masquerade, Talent Show and Cosplay Auction. - TCGing, Board Games & RPGs We have many board games to check out and a wide variety of drop-in RPGs to participate in. There will also be TCG tournaments throughout Sixth Floor Zones - Anime Chillout Anime Chillout, showing the anime screenings in the side room courtesy of MVM Films and Crunchyroll. A great chance to add to your watch list! - Video Gaming Dozens of setups to play from retro to modern drop in to play casually. We also will have a dozen tournaments, the winner of each will receive a pair of tickets to the next Bristol Anime & Gaming Con or AL event of your choice for same value. - Talks & Workshops We have a variety of free cosplay/art talks and workshops. Topics vary from cosplay to art to crafts and performance. - Artists & Dealers With some of the top UK artists and best merchandise up for grabs!

5 Saturday Highlights Cosplay & Arts Talks - Throughout the event you can get hands on and learn new skills to improve your craft from some of the UK s best cosplayers including Banana Custard Costuming & artist FopsDoodles. This includes Working with EVA Foam & Crossplay, Begineers Guide to Cosplay, Makeup FX and more. Lightsabre Demo, 11:00am Lightsabre Combat will be demoed and taught by LudoSport. They are the world's only international Academy for competitive Lightsabre combat! This dynamic and exciting sport is unique with a level playing field and seven styles of interchangeable combat allowing competitors to switch between style mid match. Make sure not to miss out! Lip Sync Battle, 12:30pm: Mime and dance along to well known songs and tunes in our lip sync battle contest. The winners will get a pair of tickets to the next event! Jpop/Kpop Performances from 1:30pm: Three Jpop/Kpop idols are here to perform for you all. Singing & dancing performances from Grace Mellody, Jenny Hayes and Eira. They are excited to meet you and hope you are all ready to dance/sing along with your favorites. Big Geek Raffle, 4pm: It costs just 1 (or free for supporting members) to enter our Big Geek Raffle with over 100 worth of prizes up for grabs on each day! Do you feel lucky? Cosplay Auction, 5pm: A great way to meet new people with proceeds going to the convention s charity - Epilepsy Action. Its a great opportunity to make new friends and help others as well! Big Geek Quiz, 5:30pm:Who will be the King of the Geeks? Test your geek knowledge in the big geek quiz. Featuring rounds on both anime, gaming and music as well as some general knowledge. Get your friends together - the winning team will win a cool 50! Parties, 9pm-11:30pm: It's party time with the Big Geek Party! We play your favourite tunes from Kyary, Perfume and Psy as well as well known more mainstream songs.

7 Sunday Highlights Dub That Anime, 1pm Come along, form a team and give a comedy improvised dub of various anime clips live on stage. May the funniest team as picked by the audience win! The Big Geek Adventure, 2pm - Where anything and everything can happen! An interactive roleplay where YOU the audience help decide what happens to our intrepid characters. Hosted by the wonderful folk at Jollyboat, so guaranteed to be full of fun! Cosplay Masquerade, 3pm: Enter our cosplay contest for fun and showcase your beautiful creations for a chance to win our grand prize of 100 and to qualify for the Cosplay Championship finals at London. Talent Show, 4pm: Forget X-Factor or The Voice. AnimeLeague s Got Talent is where it is at! Can you sing or dance? Perhaps you have a more unique talent. Whatever it is, enter and show it off! You could be the next big thing, with previous winners now regular performers at the convention! Jollyboat Performance 5pm: Mixing together comedy, live music, visuals, audience interaction and a little behind-the-scenes programming, Jollyboat put on a show that's not quite like anything you've seen before. They have songs about classic games, D&D, pirates and Game of Thrones. Clan Battle Showdown, 6pm: You have been earning points for your chosen clan all weekend. With over 300 points up for grabs in this event, this showdown is the decider in who will emerge victorious! Come along and help them win the war! Karaoke, 7pm till late: Karaoke will take place on the main stage for both evenings, followed by the parties! Farewell Party, 9pm: It's the final party of the con, make sure not to miss this as we break out the glowsticks, play all your favourite tunes and see off the event in style!

8 The Clan Battle When you enter BAGC, you pick a free conbadge to wear signifying which clan you're in (ask for one at the registrations desk). You can then earn points for them over the convention to help them towards victory! Points are calculated by who wins events, who helps & so forth! Clan Points & The Scoring System Want to enter the clan battle and earn points? Pick up a conbadge at the merch desk to represent the clan you're in! You can earn points for your clan by (a) winning a tournament or event, (b) staffing for the event or (c) special events. When you win an event or tournament, you will be handed stickers with points on them. You take these stickers and stick them on to the clan of your choice's tally chart at registrations. You can also go here to see which clan is winning. - Small events such as Lip Sync Battle and TCG tournaments give 15 points to 1st, 10 points to 2nd and 5 points to 3rd. - Medium events which are on stage such as Dub That Anime, Talent Show and the big VG tournaments give 30 points to 1st, 20 points to 2nd and 10 points to 3rd. - Large events such as the Clan Assassins, Cosplay Masquerade and the Big Geek Quiz give 60 points to 1st, 30 points to 2nd and 15 points to 3rd. - Clan Assassins is running throughout the weekend and can make all the difference. See the next page for more info. 120 points goes to 1st, 60 points to 2nd and 30 points to 3rd. - The Clan Battle event on the Sunday awards a massive bonus of 180 points to the winner of it. Make sure not to miss this, it could make a big difference! Finally, Make sure to write your badgename on the stickers you put up. The person with the most number of individual points will win 50 and the Most Valuable Clan Member Award!

9 Come Join The Clan Assassins Clan Assassins is a live-action game in which you are trying to kill as many people as possible without being killed yourself, kills are made using fake weapons in which you stab or shoot people...think of it as a massive con-wide game of hide and seek. This game will be run as a massive free-for-all where you'll be aiming to get the highest kill/death ratio. You can only target people of a different clan to yourself. If you die then you'll still be in the game however you cannot kill or be killed by someone you have previously killed. They are effectively dead to you. Sign-ups: You can sign up for the game at the tabletop desk, you will then receive an with information on how to confirm kills and how to check out the leaderboard Rules: -All weapons must clearly be 100% fake and must be LARP-safe (you may make weapons out of paper) -You must use some form of weapon when making a kill, you cannot attack anyone with your hands -Avoid any physical contact with target and only contact must be through the weapon itself -You must keep your Assassin ribbon around your neck and visible at all times whilst you're playing (you're welcome to take it off if you don't want to play anymore) -Lanyards must be worn over cosplays and out in the open so it's clear to see you're in the game You must be considerate of other con-goers whilst playing the game; -Don t go into crew areas for the effect of trying to hide or escape from kills -Don t interrupt any panels or performances, if you wish to kill someone in the audience you must do so quietly -Don t kill anyone who is competing in any form of tournaments, regular games are fine but similar rules as panels/performances are in effect of do it quickly and quietly so that said person can get back to their game (this applies to both tabletop and VG) The assassin with the highest number of kill points over the weekend will receive two tickets to a future event and 120 clan points.
