Private games Every user can create their own private games and give the access to them to his/her friends and acquaintances. Private games are created on the basis of standard games with the customized parameters. Private games will not appear on the public lists. All private games are accessible only by invitation. How are the places (right to host a game) distributed among the users of the platform Obviously, the number of the platform users will always significantly exceed the number of public games available. On the other hand, the main idea of the project is that every platform user should have a chance to get a public game under his control (become the owner of the game). The easiest way to give each user the opportunity to become the owner of the game is drawing of the lots. We will have place drawings every day, where place is an opportunity to become the owner of any game for a certain time. Drawings are held automatically and do not require users to pay any fees for participation. Lots are drawn: daily - for the right to manage the place for one hour starting three days from the day of drawing daily - for the right to manage the place for one day starting three days from the day of drawing in the beginning of each week - for the right to manage the place for the next week in the beginning of each month - for the right manage the place during the next month. The system will automatically notify the users who won the place. The user who got the right to host game can also play in his place as a regular player. However, he/she cannot participate in the drawings of other places until his ownership (lease) of the place expires. To become an owner of the place, the user pays a small amount of URUN tokens for the right to use the place the place lease fee. This payment is due within 24 hours after 14

15 Platform the drawing. If the user fails to pay the lease fee in this time frame, he/she loses the right to control the place. In this case, a new drawing takes place, and another user is given the right to control the place. This new user also receives 24 hours to make the payment for the right to manage the place. And so on. If by the beginning of the game no user has paid the necessary number of URUN tokens for the right to manage the place, the place will be controlled by the casino itself. Consequently, all the profit will go to the casino. The same approach is used to determine the owner of both standard public games, and customized public games. The only difference is that if the owner of the customized public game has not been determined (failed to pay the fee), the place will not become a subject for another drawing (it just won t appear in the games lists). As for standard public games, all places are always available for the game. Clearly, at the very beginning of the platform existence there may not be enough users to manage all standard public games. In this case, places unclaimed by players, will stay under the management of the casino itself. No drawings are necessary for the private games, as any user can create and manage up to 10 private games in the same time. Creating a private game does not require payment of tokens. The players can participate in their own private games. In order to participate in the drawing, the user must meet the following requirements: have enough URUN tokens for the place leasing fee have a minimum player rank in the type of games he/she wants to manage In each type of games players can get a rank from 0 to 10. For example, if the user only plays poker, then only his poker rank will grow. If he stops playing poker, his poker rank will slowly decrease over time. There are two factors affecting the player s rank: how often does the user play size of the player s bets The more often the user plays and the bigger his/her bets, the higher is his/her rank. 16 Platform the higher is the player s rank, the more chances he has to become the owner of the place for this type of games. This way any user who wants to improve his rank can do this not only by regular participation as a player, but also by simply buying the rank from other players. And those players who earned their rank, have the opportunity to partially or completely sell it to other users. Ranks can be traded in three ways: fixed price sale auction lottery Seller receives the entire amount from the sale of the place (minus 3% commission) to his/her account. Playing for the rank The player can use his rank (or part of the rank) as a bet in the game. There will be special multiplayer games (poker, four in a row, etc.), where only player s rank will be accepted either as a buy-in or bets. Competition in these games will be only between the players. So, the player who wins the game takes the entire pot. These special games will be managed by the casino exclusively. Also these games will not bring any profit for the casino; their only purpose is to provide a special place where players can play for the rank. 16

17 Platform Place lease fee The place can be leased only in URUN tokens. Lease fee for any particular place should not be high, as our goal is to ensure that every player can afford to lease a place. Once again: we want absolutely every player to have the opportunity to become the owner of the place. What happens if the place managed by the player loses money All losses are covered by the casino. The player risks absolutely nothing, except the tokens he paid as a leasing fee. Functions of the game moderator In some games the owner of the game will be able to perform basic game moderation functions. For instance, if there is a chat in the game and one of the players makes offensive comments about other players, the owner of the game will be able to expel the offender. Also, any player can file a complaint against the game owner to the administration of the casino. The administration will thoroughly review the matter and take appropriate measures. This ensures that the owner of the game will not abuse the right to moderate the games. Auctions for the right to lease the place After the user wins the right to lease the place and pays the required amount in URUN tokens as a leasing fee, he/she can sell this right to other platform users, either for URUN tokens. Platform profit distribution On an average profit from the online gambling platform is 60%. In reality, each platform s profit significantly varies and depends on the maintenance cost, investments into platform development and advertising. All these expenses, in turn, depend on a very large number of factors. The profit may be more or less, but we can assume that on average it is 60%. That leaves us 40% to cover all the expenses. Taking into account that the profit of the casino owners should not exceed 10% of the revenue, we can assume that at least 50% of the income will be available for payments to the players-owners of the places. Calculation formula: 100% (revenue) - 40% (operating costs) - 10% (owners profit) = 50% to users hosting the games. In other words, all the income from the place managed by the player will be split 50/50. This is the initial arrangement. After the first month of the platform operation we can make some adjustments. If the actual expenses turn out lower than estimated 40%, the users share of income will increase accordingly. For example, if the expenses are 30% instead of 40%, the players will receive 60%. These adjustments will take place at the beginning of every month based on the previous month s data. It is in our best interests to maximize the players share of income. This approach will allow us to ensure ultimate interest of the players to our platform, and retain them for a long time. 18

19 Platform Currencies, used to deposit and withdraw money Users can use the following currencies to make deposits and withdraw money: fiat currencies (dollar, euro, pound sterling) popular crypto-currencies URUN tokens UCoin as an internal gaming currency UCoin chips are used as the main game currency within the platform. This sets the common currency standard within the platform. UCoin may be considered an analogue of regular casino chips. Conversion to/from UCoin will be necessary to deposit or withdraw funds. The rate of one UCoin is 1 ETH = UCoin. The rate of other cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies to UCoin will be determined by the current market rate of ETH. The rate of the URUN token will be determined by the market after the release of the token to the stock exchange. Technologies We use classic client-server technology to launch the platform. The reason we do not use blockchain to create a fully decentralized platform is quite simple. So far, there is not a single blockchain platform that would allow millisecond transactions for data transferring. Moreover, any transaction in the blockchain is by no means free. A large number of transactions with a lot of data will make it very expensive - the cost of the project will exceed any revenue it might generate. Of course, the concept of a fully decentralized platform has many advantages, but we will be able to implement it only after a new generation of blockchain platforms, eliminating the shortcomings of its predecessors will replace the existing ones.
